"I'm the hot girl?" Scott asked Stiles as Isaac and Rita came up to them.

"You're the hottest girl." Stiles said and walked away. Scott watched him walk away and Isaac looked at him confused. Rita looked at Scott in amusement.

"I'm the hot girl." Scott smiled.

"Yes, you are." Isaac said, making Scott smile wider. Rita smiled at his bright smile and followed him.

"So, hot girl, what's it going to take for you to be date to a dance?" Rita asked, smiling up at him. Scott's smile fell and his eyes widened. She radiated confidence but in the inside she wanted to shrivel up into a ball and disintegrate. The girls spent all of last night on the phone with Rita, boosting up her confidence to ask Scott out to the junior dance. Martha and Julia agreed to buy the tickets as long as Rita paid them back.

"Y-your date?" Scott asked, becoming extremely flustered.

"Y-yeah. I mean it's my old school's dance and I would completely understand if you don't want to go but I think it would be fun since this school doesn't really have dances and it could be a distraction from all the supernatural stuff." Rita said, all those pep talks and confidence boosters leaving Rita's head.

"Okay, that sounds fun." Scott said, smiling shyly at her. The bell rang and the two smiled at each other.

"I'll send you the date and time and stuff. Bye." Rita said and ran off to class. She went into class and was surprised to see one of the wolf twins.

"They're back?" Rita asked, sitting next to Allison. Allison nodded and pulled her notebook out.

"Wanna have lunch together?" Allison said, in need for some normal girl time. Rita nodded and turned her attention to the teacher. Lunch came by quickly and Rita sat at her usual table. She waited for Allison but saw the police instead. Rita decided to ignore, this hadn't been the first time she saw the police at school but then again, they wouldn't be here if there was danger.

"Rita." Jude called out, running to her. She looked up and put down her sandwich.

"Why are you alone? It's not safe." Jude said, dragging her up from her seat. She put her things in her bag but kept her sandwich in hand.

"What's happening?" Rita asked, getting scared.

"William Barrow might be in the building." Jude said. Rita's heart dropped and she held on tightly to Jude's hand. They met with Scott, Allison, and Isaac who were standing in the middle of the hallway together.

"Shouldn't we be leaving instead of just standing here? You guys are the glowing eyes. Who knows what he could do." Rita said, on the verge of a panic attack. She was pacing around, breathing hard and her heart felt like it was going to burst. Scott held her hand and she stopped pacing.

"Go get Ethan and Aiden." Scott told Jude, seeing Stiles coming back. Jude nodded and ran to get them.

"The school's on lockdown until three." Stiles said. Rita's eyes widened and she put her free hand on her head.

"Hey, calm down." Scott said, squeezing her hand.

"What do you mean calm down? You could die!" Rita snapped. Scott looked at her, surprised at how loud she got.

"A-all of us could die." Rita said, more quietly.

"Go to class. We'll make sure everything is safe." Isaac said, realizing that she shouldn't be with them. Rita nodded and started walking to her math class. She couldn't believe how just three days ago she was having the time of her life with her friends and now she was fearing for her life and the life of those she cares about.

"Mama?" Rita called out as she went into the house with Jude trailing behind her. There was no response but they noticed a note on the door.

"Another convention." Jude said.

"I'm started to think they're just tired of us." Rita said. They both headed to the kitchen and put the Chinese leftovers they brought from the buffet they went to. They turned on the tv and started watching That 70s Show when Jude's phone started ringing.

"Hey, Scott. What's up?" Jude replied. Rita stared at the tv intently, trying not to be nosy.

"You had dinner and Mr. Yukimura's place?! Now way! Is their house nice?" Jude asked. Rita's gaze shifted but she still didn't turn to look at her brother. If Scott was having dinner and Mr. Yukimura's house then that meant Kira was having dinner with Scott and he was meeting her parents! They were practically dating without the title or the romance! Was what was going through her head.

"She fed you sushi with her chopsticks?" Jude whispered, turning away from Rita but she still heard.

"I'm going to take a shower." Rita said, jealousy radiating off of her. Jude rolled his eyes at how easily jealous she got and watched her walk away.

"You're in her bedroom?!" Jude exclaimed. She slammed the door to the bathroom and Jude her heard mumble obscenities.

"I don't think Rita's going to let you into her room tonight." Jude said.

"Why'd you keep repeating what I said?!" Scott exclaimed.

"That's just how I talk on the phone! I'm sorry!" Jude said. Scott grumbled and Jude heard a door open in the background.

"I've got to go." Scott said and hung up. Rita took an angry shower but she didn't exactly know why she was so angry. Maybe it's because this was the first boy she liked or maybe because Scott was so excited to be at Kira's house that he called Jude. She got out of the shower, moisturized, and put on some pjs before calling Julia.

"I cannot believe Mr. Yukimura invited Scott to his house! That's totally unprofessional!" Rita ranted.

"Didn't Scott save the guy's daughter?"

"Yes but he also saved me and you don't see my parents inviting him over for dinner! He saved us from a coyote, whoop-dee-fucking-doo, that's still not a reason to invite him to your house. If you want to repay him or whatever the fuck then just give him an A in your fucking class or something."

"Gosh, Rita, you're extra bitter today. Did something else happen?" Julia asked, not used to Rita being this on edge.

"Yeah, William fucking Barrow was at school today and I almost had a panic attack. The kids at school were acting like it was nothing- like are you kidding me? We could've died and they were acting like it was nothing!" Rita said.

"You should just come back to our school." Julia joked.

"I wish." Rita mumbled. She heard the door open and closed then heard the car turn on and drive away.

"And Jude just left me." Rita whispered. Julia decided to Skype call all the girls to comfort her.

"How many times did I tell you that boys aren't shit?" Michelle asked.

"Many. But you also said that about girls." Rita said, crossing her arms.

"Correction she says that about everyone you like." Penny said. Michelle gasped in offense and crossed her arms.

"Yeah, Shelly just wants Rita to herself." Eleanor joked. The girls laughed. The power went out, freezing the screen and Rita sighed, getting up to see the power box. She heard something in the hallway and locked her door, knowing it wasn't Jude since she didn't hear the car. She started hyperventilating and hid under her covers. She heard things breaking in the room next to her which was Jude's and then the noise just stopped. She heard marching from outside but she didn't dare come out from the covers.
