He brings his face closer and whispers in my ear.

"I love you, more than you think, so let me cuddle you,"

I didn't say anything because of how shocked I am, but I feel his hands creep around my waist.

His hands pull me closer to his chest, my heart beating faster than ever.

"I didn't say you could," I say burying my face into his chest.

"You didn't have to, I can tell you needed it."

We stay silent for a while, not awkward but a nice silent.

"You can let it out, I'm sorry for telling you I loved someone else,"

So I did, I let everything I had been holding in spill out, my tears staining his shirt.

I rapped my arms around his torso, pulling myself closer to his body, enjoying the warmth.
