Ten: Girl In The Billboard

2 years later

Smokes continuously being puffed by Dylan from a cigarette he's holding.

His one foot raised on the table while sitting on his chair, thinking deeply.

"There he is again," Caesar whispered to both Darren and Connor as soon as he put his shot glass down on the table.

"Just let him be, let's give him time to admit to himself that he regret what he has done. He will soon ask us for help." Connor answered.

"How long should we give him time? It's been 2 years." Darren asked, pouring a drink on his shot glass.

"I think we should be doing something now." Caesar kept an eye on Dylan who's alone on the corner.

"We already tried to do something, remember? He just got angry at us." Connor said, reminding the two.

Flashback:

"What time is it? Yue must be waiti--"

"You all just leave if you don't want to play with me!"

Caesar just shut up after Dylan yelled, throwing the ball away and started walking out.

"You two should talk to that jerk." Caesar said, already pissed by Dylan's acts.

"Just chill 'bro, try to understand him." Connor answered.

"It's not good if you both got angry. Maybe we should just do something without him knowing." Darren proposed his idea.

The next day, the three left Dylan to wait for Yue and try to talk to her.

"Yue, please listen to us first." Connor, trying to stop Yue from walking away.

She stopped and turn to them without any emotions seen on her eyes.

"You don't need to explain anything, I understand why he said those things. I accept everything that I heard." She said.

"That is not true. He just had to--"

"That is the truth."

Connor couldn't continue when Dylan came out of nowhere, walking towards them.

He stopped right infront of Yue with both of his hands on his pockets.

"Everything you knew and you heard, that was all true. That is how I truly see you. You're not as important as you think you are."

Dylan seriously stated, looking somewhere far.

Yue was teary-eyed but she's trying her best to stop her tears from falling.

"..I know..I'm sorry if you have wasted your time on nonsensical things and nonsensical person.."

Yue immediately turned her back after saying it and started to walk away, wiping her tears.

"From now on, I don't want to hear her name. And don't even try to fix things that you shouldn't be paying attention to." Dylan said before making his way, not minding even if he bumped onto Darren's shoulder.

</Flashback>

"You are truly so beautiful, Yue!" Nicky (Li Jia Qi) happily said to her friend when they saw the new univeristy Ad outside MingDe.

"I didn't know it would be that big, I thought it was only for the flyers." Yue shyly stated as she looks at herself in that big poster.

She was chosen by her blockmates to pose for MingDe's school advertisement. New semester is starting and the campus is persuading new enrollees.

"It feels good to be a multimedia arts student, isn't it? I'm so proud to see our work for our university!" Nicky again said with so much energy.

"Next time, I wouldn't want to be a model again." Yue said and Nicky quickly pushed her a bit.

"Why are you so shy when you have that pretty face?" She said with a pout.

"Because I don't really have that face you're saying! Let's just go and eat somewhere!" Said Yue and pulled her friend away.

"Why?" Connor asked Darren who was looking up and staring at something.

"Woah, it's Yue!" Caesar said as soon as he saw the billboard.

"Oh my, it's really her! She looks so beautiful, right Dy--" Connor immediately stopped talking when he remembered something.

Caesar felt that he needed to say something to end the awkward silence. "Let's just go, we wouldnt want to be late for the party."

They started walking and Dylan- who was walking behind the three- couldn't take his eyes off the girl in the billboard.

'You look even more beautiful.'
