2 years ago y/n met her. The only girl that she adored. The only girl that could always make her smile. her. she loved her.

y/n was 15 and in her sophomore year. it was only beginning of the school year and she decided to get an app, it was an app where she could meet people with the same interests as her.

she stumbled upon a profile that seemed appealing, their "aesthetic" seemed of someone she'd like. she clicked onto the message button and starting texting them.

at first, they were friendly as most of her conversations went on this app. it seemed indifferent but she was still intrigued, not wanting to stop texting them.

they had now been texting for a year. y/n realized she developed feelings for the other quickly, about 2 months in. she had crushes before but this one felt genuine and wasn't based on looks.

this girl introduced y/n to her close friends. y/n was overjoyed that she was trusted to know about the people in her life.

she knew about y/n's family and y/n's family knew about her, as if they had seen each other. they practically knew everything about eachother.

"hey n/n why don't you ever invite ... over"

y/n pursed her lips, looking over at her brother. she questioned telling him the truth or not.

"her parents are strict"

another year passed.

y/n started a relationship with a girl, she knew nothing about. the girl had feelings for her, y/n didn't want to hurt the other female's feelings and stated she did as well as most of her "relationships" went.

she told y/n she was overjoyed that she found someone to make her feel happy. this made y/n frown, she still had feelings for her.

after a 4 month relationship, they broke it off. which was expected from a relationship started off from nothing and one of them is in love with their best friend.

currently, y/n was 17 and in her senior year. although her schedule was tightly cramped, she still made time for her.

"i missed you jiwoo" y/n sleepily said over the phone, her hands resting on her stomach. she hadn't talked to her as much she wanted to for 4 days. but it was finally the weekend and she had a break.

jiwoo softly laughed on the other side of the phone, "i missed you too idiot"

y/n's breathing slowed, all she needed was jiwoo to feel safe and secure. all she needed was her.
