5. The 6 hour car journey!!

Cat's POV

Dean started the car and we were off at a fast pace. We were out of the hotel parking lot in a split second followed by a disgusting smell of burning rubber Yuck! I honestly thought I was going to die for a minute there! I caught Dean glancing at me through the rear view mirror and his signature smirk was growing wide on his face. If he only did that to scare me well then it worked. This was going to be one hell of a 6 hour car trip. Usually I would fall asleep in cars but not this time, not with the Shield in the same car as me and certainly not when Dean Ambrose is driving, only God knows what would happen.

I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket so I decided to see who it was. Aaaawwwhhhh, John just texted me asking if I was alright and who was I travelling with!!, he is so caring. As smile grew wide on my face. Wait a minute, Oh shit!!!!!! what will I tell him, I can't tell him I'm in a car with the Shield or he's going to burst into flames. He was the very first person to tell me to stay away from them and now I'm stuck in a small car between all three of them!.I'm in trouble now. I wonder If I change the subject will he forget he asked me that question, well It's worth a try, ain't it?

J: Hi Kitty Cat are you okay, sorta gutted we didn't get to travel together but maybe next time. Who you traveling with??

C: I'm grand, ya me too I wanted to be in a car with you or Randy so we can all fall asleep on each others shoulders like last time hahah :-P:-P

J: Mmm... those were the good old days, who you traveling with?

C: Oh I got to go, Kane wants to talk to me Byeeeeee!!!

J; Okay then text me later, have fun!!

C: Kk bye!

There is no way on earth that this car trip was going to be fun! I put my phone back in my pocket and looked up. Seth, Roman and Kane were all looking at me like I have five heads. "Is there something wrong?", I asked looking at everyone but Dean but I could tell he was stearing at me, creap. "Who you texting, Is it your boyfriend ?!?", Kane said with a laugh followed by the car exploding in laughter, Wow offencive. I looked at everyone who were in laughing fits, but Dean caught my eye. He wasn't laughing, he looked from me to the road and back to me again. "I was texting John", I mumbled dropping my head into my hands. "Your boyfriend's called John! thats so cute ,whats his second name", Seth asked followed by silence, Oh yah sure now your all quite."Cena!", I shouted. "Oooooohhhhhhh",they all said while turning away from me. "Yah ooooohhhhh, I haven't heard from Evan since I caught him cheating sooo I think its over!", I answered while looking down at a bracelet he gave me for christmas last year. I loved the bracelet, it brings back memories everytime I look at it and I never take it off. My eyes started to fill up with tears but I wiped them away before they fell. There is no way I'm crying infront of these people.

All eye's were on me once again. I hate being the centre of attention, it feels really awkward. "Awwhhh Cat, we'er sorry we brought it up, we didn't know." Seth said pulling me in for a hug which I gladly excepted. His hugs are amazing, it's like hugging a big fluffy teddy bear! I let go after a minute not wanting to but if I didnt it would have been wierd. "It's okay nobody knows and I'd like to keep it on the down low", I said wiping away the rest of the tears threatening to fall. Roman put his hand around my tiny shoulders and pulled me in for a hug which I also excepted. His hugs aren't as good as Seth's but in fairness for a 6ft 3 guy his hugs are pretty good. He let go and I looked up to see a sincere smile on his face. Well I'll be gobbsmacked, HE SMILED! I returned the smile and looked at Kane who put his hand on my leg. His hand was so cold it litterally froze my leg but I didn't care. He smiled to say sorry and I once again returned the smile. Dean just glanced at me and returned his gaze on the road. Fine Then Don't Say Sorry. Silence filled the car after that conversation was dropped which I'm glad about.
