there was a girl in the front of my class
smiles and giggles all day long
happier than everyone
happier with life
there was a girl in the front of my class
who slowly started to fade
her smile was gone
her tears had come
she kept to herself because she knew it
I knew it too
she wouldn't last long
there was a girl in the front of my class
she didn't show up the next day
the news was filled with breaking news
a suicide had just happened earlier that day
I recognized her
the girl in the front of my class
no shock
no surprise
I knew how unhappy she started to feel
because the girl in the front of my class
ended it with just a bottle of pills
