Chapter 21-Ethan

I stood there shocked. Knowing he has told me many times that I can see him as a brother figure and I didn't get the hint.

When he saw men looking at me he wanted to kill them. When Jason demanded me to say who I was he didn't hesitate to protect me.

" m-my brother" I repeated

" yea he is your brother....he is a year older then you but for some reason it looks like you forgot him" father explained

" w-what....I have no memory of him be-

As I thought of him I remember playing with a boy in my messy room. A boy that looks just like Ethan.

We played everyday. He was the one that I saw in my dreams. He was the one who lightens up my days when I saw him.

" how did I forget him" I say as i crouched down in disbelief

" h-honey please come back with us" mother begged I then looked up and shook my head.

" I will not you lost me...but I found someone that I will not let go of...we can still talk though" I softly spoke to her

" .....that's fine I just wanted to see my little girl again. I wanted to talk to you and see how your years been. Even with a small hi I will be happy" she smiled with a tear ran down her red stained cheek

" c-can I hug you" she asked with a shaky voice

I stood up and looked her in the eyes. As I looked into those eyes of hers they read hurt, regret, pain, but a little bit of hope.

" yea" I mumble and she didn't hesitate to hug me tightly she wrapped her small arms around me and I did the same so she could feel safe and I did too for a second

She then let go and looked at me with regretful eyes.

I then felt a stinging sensation on my cheek. I was looking at the ground now startled by the slap.

" Don't Touch My Mother" Jessica screamed

" Jessica What Are You Doing" mother then screamed

" Why Did You Slap You Big Sister I'm Trying To Show Her The Love She Needs" she yelled as she stood In front of me

"....you really should stop messing with me Jessica you don't know what I do with my life" I warn her glaring into her eyes

" you should respect me more then hit me...but I guess you didn't learn your lesson" I said with a smirk

I then moved away from my mothers cover and grabbed Jessica by her hair and slammed her head against the wall with force

" Don't Ever Lay A Hand On Me Again Jessica Respect me Because let me tell you something" I
say

" I hated you for the longest time in my life but yet you are still living. So pray to god you are not in my list.... now let me go back to my life that lives without you" i growled now letting go her as she slides to the ground grabbing her head

" and...mom, I still have hope for you but father you need to change see you around" I say as I opened the door but felt arms wrap around me again

" I love you sweetie I always had...I have never meant to treat you like a dog...I just had kids at a young age and I didn't know how to handle you guys" she explained now crying

" I have missed you since you left...I missed those little laughs of yours when I walked by your room and saw you playing...I'm sorry for not being there for you when you felt neglected" she said as she hugged me tightly

Tears left my eyes again as she talked. She sounded so hopeless and lost with out me and desperate trying to get me back in her life

"....mom I have to go to class" I said with a shaky Voice

" but I will see you around mom. Jessica go to the doctors you might have a concussion...bye" I said as she let go and I walked out the door

I heard her sobbing as I closed the door. I started to walk away as more tears feel from my eyes.

As I got closer to the class I whipped my tears and opened the door to find the teacher helping some students and the rest looked at me.I then felt a arms wrap around me.

" it's okay jade" willow said as she hugged me

" what happen why are your eyes red tell me" Cora said as she made me look at her

The class was quiet now as the attention was all on me.

" girls can you go comfort her at her table please" the teacher then said as the girls walked me to the desk

We wait for at least 10 minutes for the class to end as I sat there with red eyes and tears still coming out of my eyes.

The girls rubbing my back and telling me it will be fine.

" see I knew we shouldn't have gone today" Cora sighed

" yet you were the one who said we have to go to school" willow huffed making me laugh a bit

" Omg You Laughed" Cora Smiled

" Finally I just wanted to see you laugh already" she said hugging me tightly as I let another laugh out

" you're so adorable" Cora said as She pinched my cheeks

" Hey stop that hurts" I laughed

" omg, her first word" willow squealed

" I'm Not A Baby" I said crossing my hands

" sure" they said rolling their eyes

The bell then rang and I immediately got up.
" whoa where are you going so quickly" willow said

" I just want to walk" I said

We then heading to our next class which we have half the class this time for free time.

We were arriving to the class till I saw Ethan at the door looking at his phone.

" ETHAN" I yell out and he looked up I ran full speed to him and jumped on him as he caught me in his arms

" I'm so sorry" I mumble as he hugged me tightly as I cried a bit again

" I'm sorry I didn't know you were my brother I'm sor-

"It's okay jade you're still my sister" he said as he then let me go and whipped my tears

" come on we will talk more in class" he smiled

we walked Inside as Willow and Cora then came from behind asking me what I just did.I told them I will explain at home.

We were sitting at the back of the class talking to Ethan and getting to know him more as Cora and willow talked and joined as well.

" so Ethan I have been wondering.... Why didn't you tell me when you saw me" I asked

" and how did you know I was your sister"

" well when we crashed you sounded just like the little jade I remembered. You did the same thing little jade did. She would hurt someone by an accident and apologize and try to do something in return and feel guilty for days" he explained while laughing at the memory

" and when you said your name and repeated my name you sounded just like her and at the time I was going to the gang and I found out you were going there too"

"While you went on you mission I found out more about you with Luke and found out that you really are my sister but I didn't dare say an-

I interrupted him by hugging him feeling so stupid not noticing I had a brother.

" I'm sorry" I repeated

" it's okay" he said now caressing my hair and Hugging me as well
