Max's P.O.V

I woke up the next morning, opening my eyes to see Neil's face right there in front of mine. I immediately leaped back a little, blushing from embarrassment. I looked behind me to see that Nikki was gone, so I looked back at Neil and smiled a little.

His face is so adorable, he has little freckles that take over his cheeks and the bridge of his nose. He had a cute huge one next to his right eyebrow, and his saphire eyes shone in the light.

His poofy light brown hair was mostly at the top of his head, which made him even cuter. I even loved his yellow sweater he would wear, it looks really comfy and the perfect size for him.

Parts of his lips were chapped because of how many times he would bite them, he is always nervous, I swear. I lightly touched his bottom lip and bit mine, I was smiling way too much for this.

His lips moved a little as I immediately pulled back and looked away, acting like I didn't do anything. I glanced back over at him, he was still sleeping.

Jesus that scared me, I lightly grabbed onto his arm and pretended his eyes were open and that he wanted this. I lightly pecked his lips for a few seconds and jumped off the bed, my face red as a tomato.

I ran out of the tent and left Neil in there, I ran as fast as I could to get away. I was so embarrassed, why did I do that? He could've woken up and that would've been the end of our friendship.

I accidentally ran into Dolph since I wasn't paying attention. Man, I need to stop thinking about Neil or this will keep happening.

"Well, that kinza hurt, Max."

Dolph said, sitting up and rubbing his head. I stood up and looked back at my tent, relieved that Neil hadn't woken up yet.

"Sorry Dolph, it was an emergency. I needed to get out of there a.s.a.p."

Dolph just rolled his eyes and murmered something under his breath, pi●●ing me off a little bit. I just sighed and walked around the camp, already bored.

My heart was still racing after I kissed Neil, but that was a risk I had to take. My body wanted to, so I let it happen.

"Hey, Max! Why are you up so early?"

I heard Nikki yell from behind me, I hope my face isn't still red. I turned around and looked at her, raising my eyebrow again but with a bored expression.

"Hey. Also because I wanted to, why do you care?"

She just rolled her eyes and shoved me a little, making me almost trip over my own feet. I glared at her and walked a little farther away from her, I didn't trust her at the moment.

"So, did you finally kiss your boyfriend, Max~~"

Nikki teased and smirked, how did she know?? My face heated up and I looked away, chewing on my cheek in embarrassment.

"WAIT FOR REAL, YOU DID?? WHEN, MAX!?"

Nikki screeched, I slapped my hand over her mouth and glared at her. I rolled my eyes and let go, crossing my arms.

"One, he's not my boyfriend. And two, I DIDN'T KISS HIM! So ShUt ThE hElL uP, nIkKi."

I said, still not looking at her as she just snickered. I felt her poke my cheek, trying to make me more mad.

"Oh yeah, well guess what, Max. I know that you like-like Neil, so hah."

My eyes widened as I looked around before grabbing her arms and glaring at her.

"Tell anyone and you die."

I said, gripping onto her arms tighter before realization hit me. She didn't really know, she was just teasing. I just let my secret out.
