“Viviana, for the last time I ask, what is wrong with you?” Methari was frustrated when Viviana refuse to speak to them. She’s been locking inside her room for days except open when they sent her food since she didn’t go to the kitchen like she used to. Tonight, he had no choice to destroy her door and saw her cover in her blanket sitting up on her bed. There were dried tears on her face and a dark circle on her eyes like she haven’t sleep for days. They all went worried of her.

“Dear… If you don’t tell us, we won’t be able to help you. You’re getting smaller and weaker because you hardly eating anything.” Klein said softly while noticing her untouched food on her nightstand.

Viviana refuse to answer and she hide her face within her blanket, sobbing on the way.

That’s it! I’m going to check her memories with or without her permission! Methari told his brothers and sisters in their link.

We know. Saron was actually agreeing to seek into her mind as well.

No, you can’t do that. Eklos give them a glare each. She’s an adult now. Don’t treat her like a kid.

No, she’s not. She acts like a child right now and need our help, Eklos. We can’t do anything if she refuses to speak to us. Look at her. She’s getting frail and since the day she returns home she hardly come out. Something must have happen that day. Metro thinks.

“Eristros.” Verimir speak his name when he did sense Viviana went home with Eristros that day. They all immediately look at her. She freezes when she heard that name before she started to slump on her bed and bring her knees together close to her chest. Silent tear slid to her cheek.

Methari, Saron and Verimir without any other argument, gone from their lifemate sight.

Oh no! They intend to kill him if the reason she been like this because of him. Metro went panic while looking at her sisters.

Let him then. He deserves it. Klein also was angry.

Eklos sigh. I’m going to save him if the three went overboard. Milael has spares his life and we are to protect him at any cost until he is strong enough to fight for himself. Eklos immediately turn into a mist and move to the direction of where he could sense Eristros.

Eristros was getting tired of his emotion, haunted him every second with Viviana silent tears the last day he watch her after he sent her home. He already knew she wasn’t her lifemate but it hurt him deeply that fate didn’t give both of them a chance to be together. His heart was slice to pieces. Blood red tears always falling down from his eyes, refuse to stop.

For now, he must stay away from her. He must, no matter what forget her. It seems impossible to erase his feeling that was stronger than he imagine it would. Why? He asked himself while watching the night sky. Is he really didn’t deserve to have lifemate? Then why was he still alive? He should just kill himself than suffer like this. But would it be the best solution? If he done that, he will condemn his true lifemate to choose death as well. What should he do? He has no idea.

Eristros slump his knee to the ground. The grass under him didn’t die like it was supposed to but still wither a little. That could mean his Vampire blood almost gone. He wipe his tears with his sleeves and rest a little. He went far from the Carpathian Mountain to be alone here in a nowhere. However, his feeling protest that he go back, to her, to Viviana. This time he won’t listen to it. He had enough suffering since he was a child and thought Viviana was his lifemate. He needs to be strong now and wait for his true lifemate.
