Realization (Marichat One-shot)

Marinette was sitting on her balcony looking at pictures of Adrien on her phone.

"He's so dreamy..."

Marinette was so lost in Adrien's beauty that she didn't even notice Chat appearing on the balcony as well.

"Hello, purrincess!"

Marinette jumped, almost dropping her phone over the balcony edge. Chat caught it before it fell and noticed the pictures.

Chat blushed, but plays a long.

"Who's this boy, purriness?" Chat purred.

"Stop calling me that and give me back my phone!"

Marinette tried to grab it from Chat, but he held her back.

"What does this boy mean to you?" Chat asked with a serious look.

"None of your business kitty." Marinette flicked his bell playfully.

Chat moved in close.

"Do you have a crush on this boy, purrincess?" Chat looked Marinette in the eyes.

Marinette sighed.

"Yes, I've had the biggest crush on him for the longest time, but every time I try to confess my love, I can never tell him how I really feel..."

Chat blushed even more.

"I guess you wouldn't understand, kitty." Marinette laughed. "I'm sor-"

Before Marinette could finish her sentence, Chat moved in closer.

"C-chat..?"

Marinette's whole face turned red

"I do understand, purrincess.. I have a crush on Ladybug, but she never returns my feelings. I guess we're both hopeless, huh..?"

Marinette smiled sheepishly at Chat.

"You're right, kitty" Marinette kissed Chat on the cheek. "I guess we're both hopelessly in love.."

Chat kissed her back, only this time on the lips.

"Maybe..." Chat blushed hard, "You're the one I love, purrincess..."

They share a long, passionate kiss.

"Marinette!"

"Oh no no no no! This is bad!"

"Marinette! Who are you talking to up there?"

Marinette looked at Chat.

"You should probably go," Marinette winked. "But we'll continue this later.

Chat left, leaving Marinette to watch him run off into the night. She smiled to herself, waiting for the time she can see her newfound love again...

"Coming dad'"
