I am blinded by the radiance of your light

Ever so clear in the dark of the night

clouding my mind with self-pity and regret

I lay my head down and wish to forget

Forget all the memories you and I have made

The warmth of the bed where you and I laid

The late night coffee and early morning tea

I wish to forget about you and me

But the truth is, they will never erase-the memories I am so terrified to face

They are forever imprinted in my brain

My personal Hell, and I'm going insane.
