It was my last day in Burnham. I'm really going to miss this place I thought to myself. I was perched on a rock next to the beach that was near my house, it was my favourite place to be. I loved how windy it was, the taste of the sea and hearing the waves crash onto the rocks. I remembered me always coming here with my dad as a little girl, he used to swing me around and make me think that I could fly. A tear dropped from my eyes at the reminder of what used to be. "He's gone now" I said to myself with a sigh. I lost my train of thought as my phone beeped loudly. I glanced at my phone with annoyance; all I wanted was peace, it seemed like I wasn't going to get that today. It was my mum texting me asking for help. Reality set in, I wasn't going to see this place again.
