"You are quiet one arn't you" crystal said with a questioning look. With that i just sat there and then she took my schedule and looked at it. "Hey you're in the same class as i am" she said with a big smile on her face. I just looked at her weird and she rolled her eyes "well we better get going" she said. I just nodded and we started walking. The whole time we were walking she was talking about her otehr friends and how she likes it here. "so anyway here we are just go ahead and walk in and i will deal with the teahcer" she said with a small smile, i smiled back and opened the dorr and walked in.
"Well what do we have here" the teacher said with alittle annoyance in his voice. "We were just alittle late Mr. Jones, new girl i was showing her around and sorry it won't happen again" crystal said with just as much annoyance in her voice. "Well i will let it slide this time, but next time i won't be so nice" he said with no emotion at all. After that we went to the back of the room and sat in a desk.
After awhile lunch finally came and it was a full house like wow. Crystal and i and also some of her friends Ashley, Sarah, April, and the twins Kate and Mary sat at the back table in the lunch room. The whole time i sat there quietly and listened to their conversations, "hey when is your brother coming back Crystal ?" ashley said with an exciting tone. Ashley is the one with bright blonde hair with a red streak down the side and has bright green eyes. "Oh Brennan he isn't coming back until Thursday" crystal said with sadness in her voice.
"Oh" ashley says with alittle dissapointment. "Who is Brennan?" i finally asked. "Brennan is the quaterback of the football team and is also Crystal's brother" kate says with a surprised tone like i should've none that answer. "You didnt tell her you had a brother" mary also said with a surprised tone. "Oh yeah that is right i'm sorry Emily i totally forgot to tell you, yes i have a brother and will you go out for the volleyball team?" she asked.
"Umm i don't know i'm not really good at it but if you want me to sure" i said alittle surprised at her question. "Well that settles it" aprils says "your on the volleyball team" april says again with a smile. "What" i asked confused. "Well you see Emily, Crystal here is the volleyball team captian and when she says something everybody listens she will put in a good word for you" sarah says with a smirk.
Then out of nowhere this boy i met earlier comes over and kisses sarah. Well i guess those two are dating. After about ten minutes of more talking the bell finally rings and we head for our fifth periord class i think its fifth period oh well. After school gets out i head to my locker and put the homework i have in my backpack and head for the doors when Crystal comes up and grabs my arm. "Hey do you wnna hangout for alittle bit" she asked with a small smile. " Umm sorry i can't i have to get home, but i will see you tomorrow ok" i said with alittle sadness because i couldn't stay. "Well alright see you tomorrow she says with alittle frown now. With that i head for home.
When i walk through the door i got slapped straight away. "Ow what the hell was that for?" i asked now pissed off. "What the hell took you so damn long to get home from school" my dad asked with a smirk on his face and amusement in his voice. "Nothing i just took awhile walking" i lied. "Well get my dinner ready or you'll get worse then that" he said with the same little smirk on his face. So with that i got up off the floor and put my bag upstairs. On my way down i felt something behind me but to late then next thing i new i was falling down the stairs and i had so many bruises already i dont know how i was gonna cover the ones i'm gonna have on my arms in the morning.
