"How long have you played the guitar for?" Hazel asked curiously, as she and Oliver sat together on the log bench, Xander's guitar beside him "Bout 4 years" He answered with a nod "You're a natural, one of the best I've heard" Hazel complimented with a smile "Thanks, but I mostly get inspiration from my favourite artists" He informed, with a small shrug of the shoulders "I would totally show you some of them.. but- no phones" Oliver cursed, making Hazel smile sadly "Well.... Maybe one day, I could-" Hazel started, but was cut off by Gladys "Campers, welcome to Camp Kikiwaka! Except for you, Timmy. Your parents' check bounced. You can sleep by the front gate. Hopefully, they'll pick you up in the morning. Ki-ki-wa-ka!!" She said, which made most of the campers yell 'Ki-Ki-Wa-Ka!' "OK! This is a cult! Taxi!" Ravi exclaimed, throwing his hand in the air, making Oliver chuckle "We pay homage to Kikiwaka, the giant, ravenous demon beast who roams these woods!" Gladys continued, now starting to weird Oliver out "Say what now?" Zuri questioned "Ki-ki-wa-ka! Hear me and leave these campers in peace!" "Did she say in pieces?!" Emma squeaked out "With the blessing of Kikiwaka, our summer revels commence! Remember to pick up your trash" "Uh.. What's the Kikiwaka?" Oliver asked curiously, turning to Hazel "Just some stupid myth about a beast... but don't worry, I won't let it get you" Hazel joked, bumping shoulders with a shy smile "Thanks Hazel" He chuckled with an award-winning smile, noticing everyone start to head back to their cabins "Oh-Uh, looks like we gotta go" Oliver said, standing up, picking up the guitar, making Hazel instantly stand up with him "I'll talk to you tomorrow?" Hazel asked eagerly "Yeah, tomorrow, goodnight Haze" Oliver said, as he walked back to the cabin 'Did I just call her Haze?' Oliver questioned as he walked into the cabin, pushing away this strange feeling bubbling in his stomach 'Did he just call me Haze!?' Hazel thought in excitement, as she began skipping away to her cabin, letting the feeling bubble inside her
The next morning, everyone was awakened by Gladys, which isn't a pleasant way to be woken up by "Attention, campers! Time for the obstacle course. The winning cabin gets to have a pizza party, while I just continue the obstacle course that is my life!" Gladys informed over the PA system As Oliver walked outside the cabin, he saw all the campers in their cabin shirts "Oliver!" Hazel called, making him smile, walking over to see, seeing her holding an bow and arrow "Hey" He greeted with a smile, admiring the bow, which she noticed "Do.. you wanna try?" She asked, making him nod, as she handed him to the bow "Ok, hold it like this, and pull back.... anddd release" She instructed, placing his arm in the right position, as he let go, instantly helping as he noticed it almost hit his twin sister in the head "Is archery in the obstacle course!?" She squealed, making Oliver drop the bow, running over to his sister, making Hazel pout "Emma! I am so sorry! Hazel was showing me how-" Oliver started, but Lou cut him off "Hazel!? Blonde, crazy, weird, rude, t-that Hazel!?" She questioned quickly, in shock, making him nod, which shocked her even more, as Hazel made her way over, bow in hand, standing beside Oliver, with a fake sweet smile "I am so sorry!" Oliver repeated, making Emma nod slightly "I-It's fine, I forgive you" She smiled, as Xander came over, making Emma smile "Hey Emma, are you ok? I saw the arrow!" Xander asked in worry, making her smile brightly and nod, which reassured him, as he turned to Oliver "Oliver! Come on, we gotta start the course" Xander said, tugging him by the shirt, pulling him away, picking up his pace, they walked together through the course, stopping as they saw Ravi tied in the rope climb, as Jorge stood beside the rope climb "Dude, you're embarrassing Grizzly Cabin! And men in general!" Jorge exclaimed in annoyance "I think Ravi's doing great, considering he could barely pick up his egg for the egg race" Xander praised "Oh God, Ravi!" Oliver muttered "It was a jumbo! What do they feed those chickens?!" Ravi tried to defend "I'm guessing the same thing they feed every other normal sized chicken!" Oliver yelled, as he and Xander helped Ravi out of the rope "Come on, let's go see if there's anything easy for Ravi to do" Oliver said with a chuckle, as he and Xander led his little brother through the camp, hearing the sound of loud laughter, the 3 quickened their pace, seeing everyone crowing the tight rope, seeing Emma stand up, completely covered in mud "EMMA!" Xander and Oliver exclaimed in shock, running over to her, both taking one of her arms, they helped her step out of the mud "Are you okay?" "What happened?" Oliver and Xander questioned in sync, worry and shock laced in their tones "Well, I'm better than those worms I just fell on" Emma stated, as Xander got a cloth and helped clean her face, which did make Oliver smile, he was happy for his sister "OLIVER!" Oliver spun around to see Hazel with a smile, walking over to her, knowing that Emma was fine with Xander "Is your sister ok!? That was a nasty fall!" Hazel asked in fake worry "She'll be fine, she has Xander" Oliver brushed it off "That's wonderful" Hazel smiles "Uh, I gotta go dine Ravi, see ya later" Oliver smiled, as he walked off
