After reading the note the detective put the note in an evidence bag and into his coat pocket before going back to his car once everyone was starting to leave and the paramedics took the young couple's bodies away.  The detective opened the door to his cruiser sighing and his partner, Patrick Hernandez, looked over at the detective who sat back in his seat his hand over his mouth.

"You Alright Anthony? Never seen anything like this back in Georgia?"
his partner asked while the detective started to drive back to the police station
"I mean, I have seen plenty of murder crime scenes but nothing like this.....how did they know I was coming?" the detective ask, glancing over to his partner who merely shrugged before replying,
"Honestly mi amigo your guess is as good as mine, you're the fourth detective we've been given. Now lets hope you and I don't end up like the others".
This intrigued the detective so he asked his partner what he meant by that only to get a simple reply of,
"Go ask Janet, she's got the files, need information just go to her" Hernandez leaned back in his seat for the rest of the ride to the station.

Once at the station Anthony walked through the police department before finding Janet's 'office' which was more of a filling room or a broom closet rather than an office. Anthony looked around before calling out as he looked through the mess of a room before hearing a crash of books and papers on the floor as a woman with messy brown hair put up in a messy bun a few pencils stuck in the nest of hair and circle glasses around her dark brown eyes and a baggy sweatshirt over her uniform had tripped and dropped her papers. McFlare came over and helped her pick up her things and place them on her desk before looking down at the short woman and asked,
"You must be Janet?"
Janet nodded while fixing her papers,
"Yes I am, is there something I can help you with detective?"
"Actually yes, Hernandez told me to ask you about the other detectives that have been transferred here before...." McFlare said leaning against her desk as she sat down and looked for a file in her pile,
"I was guessing you would, here." she handed him a file that was labeled 'The Phantom' before speaking again "This is the case the detectives and you were transferred here for.....The Phantom, but I must warn you detective to be careful three other detectives are either missing or dead who had taken the case, it was going to be closed until you were transferred here so choose wisely"  Janet said before handing the detective the extremely small file on The Phantom case. McFlare nodded and thanked Janet before taking the file and went to his office in the SVPD.
Once in his office the detective sat down and began to read the file. The file read as so:
"Real-Name:Unknown
Alias:The Phantom Of ShadowVille A.K.A  The Phantom
Age:unknown
Race:unknown
Sex/gender:possibly male or female
Height: roughy 5'8 - 5'10
Offense:murder, explosive threats, physical assault."
other then what was written in the file's papers were small records and pictures of each of the Phantom's victims, one of which was one of the detectives before McFlare, the photos of their body's were all different but gruesome mutilated corpses but all had the same lungs, they were all almost black lungs as if they had been smoking for 30 years yet none of the victims had smoked for nearly that long.
The Detective continued to read before Hernandez opened the door and looked at the detective
"Andrew, the chief wants you and me to head down to interrogation room 3, something happened at the library"
Hernandez said and waved the detective to come with him
"Alright, I'll be right over" McFlare said while getting up and following his partner, leaving the file on his desk as he closed the door to the room.
