Beginning at the end

There was a day where no one dared to go outside, a day that shook the earth down to the core, a day that sneered the very nature and balance of the ecosystem. It took the world by storm when the mother ship first landed on earth. I was still a child when that happened, I wasn't even able to stand yet. At the time, I didn't realize how much the world had suffered at the hands of the Okran, I was so naive back then, I was weak. that's probably why I'm here in the first place, chained up with nothing but my bare ass.

"How?! You hairless monkeys are an inferior species, your kind are hardly distinguishable from the average beast! So how?! Our technology far surpasses yours."

I'm being held captive at one of the mother ships carrier vessels, they're trying to interrogate me. I'm so hungry, I can't feel my body. It's only a matter of time before my mind breaks, I'm about to die.

"yy.....you.........id........rather...........die..."

I guess my body's too weak to function properly, at least I got to give it my all. Even though it's come to this, I'll hold my head high, and take these bastards down with me.

"You insipid monkey! You've gone mad! Are you forgetting the position you're in?! I guess it can't be helped. Your as good as dead anyways, what can you even do? You've been reduced to this sorry state."

When I look at myself through the mirror attached on the wall, it's as if I'm not even me anymore. It's kinda like that drawing I made as a kid. My arms were bent, and twisted around my body, my face was battered beyond recognition, the body I once took pride in is now covered in cuts and bruises, it became a playground for these monsters to experiment on. I've no hope left in escaping this nightmare, I don't think I'll make it this time.

"oh, you've stopped breathing, I guess you're dead. It's such a shame, I wanted to see how long you could last without food. I guess five days was your limit, the human body is so fragile. It's a miracle that your species were able to survive this long, oh well. Guards! Dispose of this corpse right away, we've got others waiting."

The soldiers took my body, and threw it in an air lock chamber. You probably know what happens next, after all, this was the incinerator. When the heat began to burst from the champers ventilation, my body immediately caught on fire. It's a shame that I had to die this way, but look at the bright side. I'll finally be able to meet her again, wait for me my love, I'm coming soon. As my body was engulfed in flames, I felt my soul leave my body. It kinda feels warm for some reason, can I still feel pain? God that would suck, I hope I get to see my grandfather. I wonder what dad's doing up there? It doesn't matter, I'll get to know soon enough.
