Lena's POV
"We are so not doing this," I laugh, taking the wine glass from a very drunk Kara's hand, and setting it on the table.
"You know what's funny?" Kara says, with a dopey smile on her face, "I can fly, yet I still managed to fall for you."
"Kara!" I shake my head, smirking.
"Did you just come out of the oven, because you're hot" She giggles.
"Tell me something I don't know, puppy" I say, laughing a little.
"I donut know what I'd do without you... Donuts... I'm hungry. Can I borrow some money to buy some potstickers?" She says, reaching out her hands like a child who wants something, as I sip my wine.
"Kara, darling, I bought you the company, you don't need money to-" but I get interrupted by my delirious girlfriend.
"Lena bean, remember when you said 'Supergirl may have saved me, but Kara danvers, you are my hero'?" She says, stealing her wine glass back and taking a sip, "that was the best pickup line of all," Kara says, resting her palms on her chin, in the most adorable way. She then puts her arms around me and starts to snore softly.
I smile and pick her up bridal style, like she once carried me when she saved me. I bring her to her room, and tuck her in carefully, before laying sleepily next to her myself.
