"Hmmm?!!" A short black haired man named Touru slowly woke up. He looked around at his surrounding and found that he was in a completely dark space.

"Where am I?" He muttered.

[Touru...]

"Who's there?" Touru exclaimed. He finally remembered something that happened before he came here.

"I died..." Touru muttered in disbelief.

[That's right Touru...]

"Huff..." Touru took a deep breath as he calm himself down.

"So, who are you and where I am?" Touru asked as he couldn't saw anything but pure darkness.

[I'm a God and you are here in my dimension]

"So, what do you want from me?" Touru asked.

[I will tell you something...]

"Yes, yes, tell me something or maybe put me in heaven" Touru said.

[I'm slowly loosing my powers and it cause several worlds to go out of control. It's getting hard for me to maintain the balance of this universe.]

"So, what it got to do with me? I'm dead anyways" Touru said.

[There's an artifact in the center of the universe and that's possess all the knowledge of this universe and everything you could imagined. That artifact is called System of the Universe. The one that record all things that happened in the universe since the beginning and possessed unimaginable powers has chosen you]

"Eeeehhh?!!" Touru exclaimed.

Touru calm down and asked, "Why did it choose me?"

[Well, I don't know too]

"Are you a God right? So, you should know this kind of thing" Touru said.

[Forget that. You, Touru the one that System choose will be reincarnated in one of the so called anime in your world]

"What?!!" Touru exclaimed.

[I said you will be reincarnated in an Anime world or any fictional world]

"But it's too troublesome, I know that many fictional world is crisis now based on the words you said before" Touru said.

[If you don't want I will leave you here in this space for enternity]

"Okay! Okay! I will go" Touru said.

[I will send you now, good luck Touru. Some world have started to merge and is in state of chaos now and don't forget that system is in sleeping mode it could only answer some of your question.]

"What?!!" Touru exclaimed before he completely vanished.

[Wait till you arrive at the God world and the system will be fully awake at that time.] God said after Touru vanished.

[The moment the system integrated into his soul. The system will undergo a rebirth and become an infant.]

'So, this is the system that God was talking about' Touru thought in his mind.

'So, where am I right now?' He was in a pure dark place and he couldn't felt his body.

[Host was still in his mother's womb]

'So, that God reincarnated me not transmigrate' Touru thought.

'Tell me what can you do system' Touru said.

[Currently there's only one function host could do and that is the lottery function]

'What lottery?' Touru said.

'Wow, so now I have an uchiha bloodline, Battle god tactics, and Gate of babylon' Touru was quite excited by what he received. He felt disappointed that he couldn't use them currently.

'System how can I get a ticket' Touru asked.

[There's a free ticket every five years]

'What?!! That's too long' Touru said.

'Integrate the uchiha bloodline and transfer the battle god tactic chant in my mind' Touru said.

Touru was born in Sakagami family. They were ordinary family with no background. They live happily in kuoh town.

After Touru was born he have a weak physique and he's prone to sickness. That's the side effect of him integrating his bloodline when he wasn't even born. The process of him changing his bloodline was extremely stressfull to a body who hasn't even born.

Even though he's like that Touru didn't even cry since he was a child not even once.

Touru didn't even interact with other child as he preferred to be alone and practice his techniques. This bothered his parents, they always said to him to have more friends but Touru seem like he didn't heard them.

Touru could now activate his sharingan with three tomoe. He was quite powerful now as he enroll himself in a dojo and learned basic martial arts.

His Battle god tactics was a manual that came from tales of demons and gods. The battle god tactic was a powerful techniques. This let him possess a very destructive powers. He only advance to 5 star silver rank as he only started practicing last year. As you know the Earthen realm have six rank the bronze, silver, gold, black gold, and legend rank. And every rank have 5 sub levels from 1 star to 5 star.

And his Gate of babylon he have master using this noble phantasm. It took five years for him to completely memorize every weapon inside the gate of babylon, every uses it have and attributes of weapon he already sort it out.

Touru didn't of powerful he is in this world. He was sure he could deal with some low rank devil with his power and if he used the gate of babylon he could defeat most of the enemies.

He also know that he was in DxD world the moment he born as he remembered the kuoh town.

He already met the protagonist of this world, Hyoudo Issei. Issei was his classmate at kindergarten.

Touru also get a ticket but he haven't use it yet. He was still familiarising himself in his skill and bloodline.

"Hmm?! I need a real battle experience" Touru muttered as he sat down in his bed.

"I will go out at 12 am and hunt some stray devils" Touru said as he looked at the wall clock inside his room. It was still 10 pm and there's still 2 hours before 12 o clock.

Touru decided to practice before he go out.
