February the 14th. Valentine's Day.
Well it's Valentine's Day.
For normal people but for Homra it is also Totsuka Tatara's birthday.
Just a cute oneshot, about the chaotic daily life of the Homra members.
And of cause it's Totsukas birthday so...
I walked into the bar. But it was unusual quiet. I looked around and only saw Totsuka sitting on the sofa. "Hi Totsuka-san what's up? Are you the only one here?" He turned his head to me. "Hello (Y/n)-chan. Yup Kusanagi went out for liquor, Anna and Mikoto are on a walk and the other boys have said something of a skateboard competition from Yata. They left after drinking something." I nodded "I see. And what's up with you?" "I'm staying here I want to make today's dinner you want to help me?" I thought a second about it but then decided to accept his offer. "Why not? I'll help you. I could have a bit more practicing in cooking. I'm only able to mace easy dishes". The male gave me an adorable smile. "Perfect then let's go buy ingredients." He took my hand and rushed out of the bar. I blushed at his sudden action. He is like a child happy about so simple things. I chuckled. "What's it (y/n)-chan?" He asked. I smirked. "Nothing I'm just amused how happy you got over a simple thing like shopping." He flashed me a smile. "There are a lot of things worth being happy about. And going shopping with a cute girl like you is included into this." My checks turned pink again. " Stoop that!!" I punched his shoulder causing him to let go of our hands. "Outch. It hurts" he rubbed the sore spot. "For such a cute girl you are pretty strong." I shook my head. I really love to mess around with him. He is always so direct. After a short walk we arrived at the supermarket. Totsuka forget to write a shopping list so we just took what we thought we would need. When we were about to pay something caught my attention. I walked over to a shelf with pocky sticks on it and took one box. I went over to Tatara who was already waiting in the line to pay. As he saw the sweets he chuckled. "You really like sweets (Y/N)-chan." I nodded. "Yep, and this had used to be my favorite sweets in middle school but I haven't eaten them in a while." He nodded. "I see. Alright then let's buy them too." After he purchased our shopping we walked back to the bar. I helped him caring the food into the kitchen. We started cooking but it escalated. I accidently spitted some water on him. He threw some tomatoes after me and after a few more ingredients filing around we ended up in a huge chaos. I caught my laughing then looked at my surrounding. "What a mess. We have to clean up the kitchen.... Otherwise Kusanagi-san is going to kill us." Totsuka nodded "He'll definitely kill us. Let's hurry and clean up this disarray." I nodded.

We needed two hours to clean up the kitchen and cook something. "Now is time for a reward." I smiled and walked out of the kitchen and to the bar counter where I dropped my sweets. After I took one of the pocky sticks I offered some to Tatara he gladly accepted it and put one in his mouth. "Mhm, I like these sweets, besides this remains me of a game." I eyed him confused. "You should not play with foot!" I said. "And this said the one who spitted water on me." "That's not food." "And the celery ...." "That's vegetable." He shook his hand. "You won't back down will you? Besides the pocky game doesn't waste the sweets. You eat it." That couched my attention. "Then it is a eating competition." "Similar, so does (y/N)-chan want to try it?" I nodded. "Sure explain the rules." He nodded. "It's easy you take one side of the pocky in your mouth and eat till the end. The one who holds out longer wins." I nodded. Then I tilted my head. "What do you mean with hold out longer?" Then it hits me. "Wait.... Do you use only one pocky stick? Then this ends in a kiss." Totsuka nodded. "Yup. That's right." "Why do you know this game?" "Is that important?" He took a further stick and held it right before my lips. "Here" He flashed me an adorable smile. I hesitated but I couldn't resist. He was too cute. This is Totsuka he can't mean something evil. So I took the sweets with my lips. His smile grew bigger. Then he took the other side with his lips. "Go." And we both started to eat. I really love this sweets but this feels strange. The more I eat the closer I got to my challenger. I had to stand on my tiptoes to reach the remaining pocky. (If reader-chan is taller than Totsuka (Which is 172 cm (5'8") ignore this sentence.) As there were only centimeters between us I Suddenly felt a weird tickling sensation in my tummy. The last remaining was eaten, our lips met ......... and the feeling exploded. The tickling sensation turned into a swarm of butterflies... My checks started to burn and my mind went crazy. Totsuka's lips tasted like chocolate they were so soft against mine. I was so overtaken of my feelings that I nearly didn't notice how someone entered the bar.

The bell from the door made me notice. We pulled away only to see Mikoto with Anna holding his hand. Besides them was Kusanagi. The Last one gave an amused smirk. My heart dropped. My eyes wide in shook. "Oh my I suddenly feel old. Our Totsuka found his woman." Mikoto gave an affirmative hum and a smirk grew on his lips. "Not so long that he graduated." The shock turned into embarrassment. "This is not what it looks like." I whispered but not even loud enough that the man beside me could understand. I started to tremble. An incredible unpleased felling formed in my chest and my body heated up. Kusanagi loved to tease others but Mikoto barely showed his emotions including that smirk. They really got it wrong. I took all my courage and spoke up. "I-I think I forgot something..... I-ll be..." Before I finished my sentence I was stormed out of the bar and on my way home. My face was bright red and I felt awful. They caught us while kissing..... It was only a game. Why do I take this so serious.... Why did they take this so serious? I ran home. I was so embarrassed I wished I could die. As soon as I arrived home an unusual feeling mixed in to the mess of my emotions.
