"Lucy! Lucy!" My mum called.
"Is everything okay mum? What's up?!" I shouted back from my room upstairs.
"LUCY QUICK GET DOWN HERE NOW RING THE FIRE BRIGADE PLEASE OMG LUCY NOW!" My mum cried.
I rang the fire brigade immediately and ran downstairs to see what was going on.
I was crying by this point. "Mum I've rang th-OMG MUM GET OUT NOW THE FIRE IS SPREADING!"
The fire men came and put the fire out before any more damage was caused to our house. They said the cause was bacon, mum left the bloody bacon in the oven and turned the oven on to warm it up for the chicken.
**** next week ****
Our house is pretty clean now, the fire burned quite a lot of our memories but my auntie Colleen and cousin Charlie helped us tidy. My best friend Shanel has also been really supportive, she's so nice to me and I couldn't of wished for a better friend than her.
