i saw them again in the halls. i felt weird. it was happening again. why can't my suffering end? why do I have to be the one getting hurt?
i ran to the bathroom and ran inside of a stall. i opened up the special bin labeled 'petal waste'. i let it all out. an endless stream of petals. they were so beautiful,they were his favorite,bright blue singapore orchids.
seeing the petals in the bin, looking so beautiful yet knowing that they are slowly consuming my lungs. i couldn't help but tear up at the fact that soon it would be too late. soon my lungs would fill up with the deadly petals and suffocate me. if only the feelings were mutual i wouldn't be in this mess of orchids and thorns.
although the petals were beautiful. they were deadly. they were petals that kill.
