Hello, my name is Jessica Rosaline Creed. I am turning sixteen in a few days, I have very long, dark brown hair that goes to the small of my back. I also have piercing blue eyes, although when I get mad, they almost turn a grey color. I am 5 foot 8, I weigh about 145. Claire says that I look like my father a lot more than her. He picked out my name before he went to war and never came home. Claire, my mother, said that he had gone MIA for weeks and finally they found his body and said he was killed in action. That all happened sixteen years ago, to you it probably means nothing, but it haunts me. I never knew my father, my birth day was when the war had started. Whenever I ask about my father, she tries to get off the subject as fast as possible. Anyways, I am super active and athletic; I usually run a mile everyday before school starts. I play any sport that I can, except for football. Oh, I forgot to mention one little thing, I'm a mutant. Claire says to keep it secret, to never tell anyone else about it, but I begged a differ, so before I told her I told my friend, Liz, but let's just keep that between us. I can heal rapidly, I noticed that when something really pisses me off, I can grow my fingernail out about and inch.
