The school day ended and I get to my house
I walk in the door as my mom looks at me
"Que es eso?" (What is that?) My mom says to me referring to my uniform
"Uh mi uniforme...." (uh my uniform....) I say to her
"este no es el uniforme" (this is not the uniform) my mom says while examining the uniform
"Si lo es" (Yes it is) I reply back nugging the uniform away
"hmph, i better not hear a phone call from your teacher" My mom says angrily "and you can't go out for a week....no pasa en mi casa." (It doesn't happen in my house) My mom mumbled that last phrase to herself storming off.
"Ugh fine"
I walk up to my room and quickly take a shower, wiping off my makeup and changing into my pajamas..."pajamas" aka sweatpants and a t-shirt. I was super tired because ain't nobody like waking up early just for dumb dumb school, so in a matter of seconds i knock out onto my bed.
Next Day (Friday)
I'm super excited because...it's friday. Who isn't excited for fridays?
I put on my new and improved uniform, I cut them all up yesterday quickly...and surprisingly there wasn't a call from the school.
I decided to just grab breakfast from the cafe again because I literally have no food at home, so I grabbed a muffin and was on my way to school.
Back to English class...ugh, but maybe it won't be as bad as I thought it would be.
"Yes my favorite person is here." Michelle shouts as soon as I walk in.
I sit in my seat
"Hey guys" I say to them
"Oh my god please don't hurt me, if you're mad at Michelle I didn't do nothing." Clare says freaking out while holding her hands up.
"oh put a sock in it, will ya?" Michelle says to Clare
"What's up with her?" I ask
"She's always like this" Michelle replies "But anyway...how-" Michelle gets cut off by James
"How's it like in the US?" James says and I can tell he's just trying any moment he can to talk to me.
"Really James?" Michelle says to James giving him a stank eye whilst James pays no mind to Michelle.
I laugh a little "It's actually really boring, but I guess it's just because I barely go out."
"Ooo you should come with us then, we're going out later to the park." Erin says while everyone agrees.
"Yea you should, wouldn't you love that?." Michelle says smirking to James.
"Oh shut up." James says to michelle, she just rolls her eyes.
"Sorry no can do, I'm kinda grounded for wearing my DIY uniform."
"Why??? you're uniform looks fuckin' good on ya." Michelle says
"Haha thanks, hispanic moms are kinda annoying, any little thing would piss them off."
"Well did you get a call from Sister Michael?....she always finds a way to catch us doing something wrong...." Orla asks
"Surprisingly no" I say to her
"That's fuckin' sick...maybe if we have an American in our group, sister Michael won't call our parents." Michelle says.
"Yea you're right.....maybe she's scared of Americans." Orla says
"No, no, no, no, no, we are not gonna do something stupid this time." Clare freaks.
"Oh my god Clare, Anna is cool." Erin has to reassure her "So are you gonna be able to come with us?" Erin asks me.
"I mean...I can try but I doubt it." I say "What's yall's numbers?"
They all give me their numbers. While I passed around my phone.
"Okay, I'll text you guys my number later, and my address because ain't no way I'm trying to walk in the dark by myself to meet up with you guys."
"Don't worry I got muscles, you'll be fine." James says to me jokingly while I walk away to get to the next class
"Oh shut the fuck up James" Michelle says.
"What she's hot"
"I heard that James" I said halfway out the door
"Oh god" James says looking down knowing I heard it
"Same back to you though." I shout back at James not looking thought because I was walking
"Holy fuck james....she really just said that about you."
"Oh my god...this is crazy." James says
"You think David would say the same thing about me." Erin says while daydreaming
"Oh would you both stop it." Michelle says
"We have to find a way for Anna to come with us." James says
"Yea we do, but don't try some stupid shite with her." Michelle replies to James
"Obviously I won't" James says "But she'll come for me anyway so..."
"If you don't shut up James" Michelle says
"Okay fine..."
"oo I got it...we could find a way to light her house on fire but then we can lik-." Orla gets stopped by Michelle
"Orla, we are not gonna light anyones house on fire, why don't we just help her sneak out."
"That's so much smarter." Orla says
"Duh...anyway, we can tell her to act like she's sleeping and one of us could knock on the door and ask for Anna, so Annas mom could check on her and see that she's sleeping but right when her mom leaves her room, she could sneak out the window." Michelle says
"You are so smart." Erin says
"I better not get in trouble because of you." Clare says
"You're not gonna get in trouble." Michelle says "Well I guess we have a plan...now we just wait."
