Hard Times..

Mike and I made our way up to the room. I slowly pulled out my room key and slid it into the door and walked into the room with him behind me. We walked in to see Nick polishing his Intercontinental Championship. I sighed. I couldn't do it right now. I don't need to put more on his plate with Night Of Championships only a few hour's away. Mike knudged me and mouthed me to do it. I shook my head. He rolled his eye's as Nick looked at us. Ey, What's up guy's? he asked. Nothing. I said with a shrug and walked over to my bag. Nick looked at me with an eyebrow raised. He walked over to me and looked in my eye's. Do you need to tell me something? he asked. It can wait. I said and got up and walked into the kicthen of the hotel. I could hear Nick and Mike talking in the other room. I just sighed and let the tears fall. I heard footsteps behind me and I turned around to see Nick. He just gave me a sympathetic smile and came and sat next to me. We just sat there for awhile and said nothing. Nick finally spoke up after awhile. Why didn't you just tell me you wanted to break up? he asked. Because, I know you really love me and I didn't wanna hurt you or lose you as a best friend. I've already lose so many people Nick..I couldn't lose you. I said as tears were now flowing out of my eye's. He wiped my tears and grabbed my hand and rubbed it. Britt, I want you to look at me. he said. I slowly lifted my head and looked at him. No matter what, I'm ALWAYS gonna be there for you. You couldn't lose me even if you wanted to. I understand what you're going through and I'm welling to be whatever you need me to be. he said. I nodded and hugged him. We pulled away and he looked at me. And what's this I hear about you wanting to quit WWE? he asked. I sighed. I thought it was gonna be a fun experience and I could just follow my dream and develop friendships along the way; Then I met you and Curtis..You both are so freaking perfect in your own way and I just didn't wanna hurt either of you. I said sighing. Nick ran his hands through his hair. I'm sorry. he said. I looked at him. For what? I asked. For even asking you out, I knew you had thing's going on with Curtis and I probably just made it worse so I apologize. he said. I shook my head. Nick, none of this is your fault. I'm known to fall head over heels. Ask Mike, he's known me for year's now. I said. He nodded. I just don't want you to leave Britt. he said playing with the bracelet on my wrist. I sighed. I told Mike and my Mom I would wait a couple of day's and see how it goes. I said watching him. Good. he said looking up at me. Now cheer up, we gotta show tonight and your Mike's balet. So, put that pretty smile on your face and go get packed. he said. I laughed and pecked his lips fast. I started to walk away when he stopped me. So..Does this mean..We're broken up? he asked. I shrugged. I don't know, I just need time to think Nick. I said. He nodded. Go ahead and get packed. I nodded and went back into the room and packed up my gear and Mike's Miz t-shirt.
