Juliet walked into her house. She was confused about the woman she met at Pops, why hadn't her parents ever told her about the woman.

"Hey baby, we're in here!" Betty shouted from the living room. Juliet walked in, she must have looked confused because her dad asked her, "What's wrong bug? Are you okay?" He pulled her to sit down.
"Who's Penny Peabody?" She looked at her mother and father. Jughead stood up and put his hand on his face.
"Juliet, has she spoken to you?" Her mother looked panicked.
"Um, yeah. I was sitting in Pops waiting for everyone and she came and sat next to me. I asked her if I knew her and she said she knew dad. Who is she?"
"Jug, do you want to tell her. Or should I?" Betty looked at her husband.
"I'll do it." Jughead said and sat down.
"Okay, What's going on. Why are you acting like you've seen a ghost."
"Penny Peabody, She is a former serpent, a snake charmer. You know your grandad went to prison for a while don't you." Juliet nodded. "Well, Penny lied to me and said that he got beat up. That we needed money to get him out, she asked me to deliver a crate of drugs to Greendale. When he got out, he found out that I was dealing drugs for her so he took my place. Then I rallied some younger serpents, we kidnapped Penny, drove her to Greendale and I, I..um... cut off her tattoo with a knife."
"Oh my god, dad. Thats horrible." Juliet looked shocked.
"Yeah I know. Then she got me back." He pulled up his sleeve on his shirt and showed her the scar from where Penny cut of his tattoo.
"You know about riot night don't you Jules." Betty asked her daughter.
"Yeah, just that uncle Fangs got shot and the black hood got caught."
"Well there's something else that happened that night. You're dad sacrificed himself to save the serpents. Penny and the ghoulies beat him and cut off his tattoo and he nearly died." Betty leaned against Jughead and held onto him.
"Really?" Jughead nodded. "Well why was she talking to me?" Jughead looked at Betty and she nodded.
"Jules, a couple weeks ago she called me and told me she knew you were pregnant and that she would do anything to get back at me." Juliet looked panicked.
"Is she going to hurt me?" She was shaking.
"Oh, no baby. We will never let anyone hurt you." Betty wrapped her arms around her daughter and held her face.
"Listen Jules, we didn't want to tell you to freak you out, but we've been having serpents watch you at all times."
"You've been spying on me!"
"No, they've just been watching you when you go out to see if Penny or any ghoulies follow you." Her mother reassured.
"But I'll be having a word with them because they're obviously not doing they're job, seen as Penny came right up to you today." Juliet could tell her father was getting stressed out. "How could I let this happen!" Jughead shouted and hit the wall.
"Jug calm down." Betty told Jughead.
"No Betts, we keep getting rid of her and she keeps coming back. And now she's messing with Jules, and I'm not going to have her get hurt like I did."
"Jules, baby got up to your room." Betty kissed her daughter on her head and helped her up.

Betty checked to make sure Juliet was up the stairs and turned back to her husband.
"Betts, I need to find Penny and finish this war with her." Jughead headed for the door.
"No, last time you went to "end a war with Penny" you nearly died and that can't happen again." She was crying now, "we have a child now, Jug. You can't run in there head on, what would happen if you did die. Think about how that would affect Jules, your daughter, your baby. Think about how that would affect me." Betty was full on sobbing now, she couldn't imagine a life without her soulmate.
"Betty, I'm sorry but I can't have her hurting Juliet." He tried for the door again.
"You know Forsythe, Penny isn't the one hurting our family right now. You are!" Betty walked up the stairs still crying.

When she got to the top she heard the door open and then close again and she dropped to the floor sobbing.
"Mom." Juliet walked out of her room  and went to hug her mother. "Where do you think he's gone?"
"I don't know baby. Will you get my phone. I need to call Uncle Fangs and Uncle Sweet Pea."
"Here's mine." Juliet reaches in her back pocket and gave her mother her phone. Betty clicked onto Sweet Pea's contact and it rang three times before he answered.
"Hey Jules." He said in a cheery voice.
"It's actually Betty." She waves Juliet away so she could speak to him privately.
"Is something wrong, where's Jules?" He sounded worried.
"Juliet's with me I'm just using her phone."
"You didn't answer my first question Betty, is something wrong?" He sounded concerned.
"No, Sweet Pea," Betty started crying again. "Jugheads left, he's gone to find Penny. I have no idea where he's gone or plans on looking but can you and Fangs come and pick me up so we can look?"
"Yeah sure Betty, but who's gonna look after the princess?"
"I'll call Toni and Cheryl."
