[There is a school which treats you based on your summoning technique. Each summoning technique kept to themselves with a rivalry among them all. This school is: Duelist Academy. A young boy walks over to the table where you needed to check in for the exam]
Greeter: Name?
JP: JP Poole.
Greeter: Summoning technique?
JP: Uh...
Greeter: Come on, kid. I don't have all day.
JP: I don't have a specific summoning technique.
Greeter: Can you Fusion summon?
JP: Yes.
Greeter: Can you Synchro Summon?
JP: Yes.
Greeter: Can you XYZ Summon?
JP: Yes.
Greeter: (Sigh) Is there any specific summoning technique that you use?
JP: Does anyone here Pendulum Summon?
Greeter: What is that?
JP: It's my unique summoning technique.
Greeter: Don't go making things up.
JP: I assure you it's a real thing.
[The Greeter calls on a phone]
Greeter: Sir, we have a situation.
[Voice]
Greeter: We have a person here who says that he has a unique summoning technique.
[Voice]
Greeter: He calls it Pendulum Summoning.
[Voice]
Greeter: Yes, sir.
[The Greeter hangs up the phone]
Greeter: You've been approved to take the exam. Please step into the arena. The proctor will be right with you.
[JP leaves and heads into the arena]
Jaden POV
[I'm sitting and talking to Syrus when Alexis walks in]
Alexis: Jaden, you have to come to the duel arena right now.
Jaden: What's up, Lex?
Akexis: Declan is about to an exam to a new student!
Jaden: No way!
[We three leave and head to the arena]
Yusei POV
[I'm working on my duel runner when Akiza walks in]
Yusei: What's up, Akiza?
Akiza: Something interesting is happening. Declan is giving a new student the entrance exam.
Yusei: What? Why?
Akiza: I don't know but the whole school is buzzing.
Yusei: Let's go check it out.
[We both leave and head to the arena]
Yuma POV
[I'm napping in my dorm when Bronk comes crashing in]
Bronk: Yuma, wake up! You got to hear this!
[I fall out of bed hard]
Yuma: Bronk! What was that for?
