prologue

long ago the universe contained nothing but the Elder gods.
The Elder gods we're very powerful and intelligent beings but the Elder gods were not alone in the universe.

A very powerful but Violet entity called the one being was there with them.
But the one being fed off the Elder God's energy slowly killing them. The Elder Gods had managed to destroy the one being.
But the ones being very essence split into what are known as the realms today.

In these realms there were intelligent beings some peaceful some violence and so on that day the Elder God's had taken it upon themself to govern these beings so the one being would never awaken.

To make sure peace and Order would be instated the Elder gods had sent lesser gods down to the realms to govern the beings more but still letting them have their free will.

but one of the Elder gods Shinnok did not agree with his fellow gods about letting these beings have a free will and so Shinnok had gone to Earth Realm to corrupt the Earth realms jinsei so he would have enough power to kill the Elder gods and take over the realms.

But the Gods of the Earth Realm Raiden and fujin had defeated Shinnok and then the Elder gods had banished him to The Nether realm for eternity.

And for a time there was peace but the god and protector of out world Shao Kahn had poisoned out Worlds
Ruler Onaga The Dragon King and had taken his thrown.

Shao Kahn himself was corrupted by power and he seeked to rule all the realms.
He had first taken over the realms of shokin, osh tekk, minotaurs, reptilians and even vampires.
And soon he laid his eyes on another realm call the edenia.

Shao Kahn had soon challenged the realm to Mortal Kombat and after 10 consecutive tournaments Shao Kahn was able to take edenia as his own but king Jared was not ready to give up and had fought Shao Khan's armies but it would be in vain.

But king Jared was still not ready to give up he had went to Shao Kahn himself to fight him but he would be struck down.
And with no one else to oppose him Shao Kahn merge his realm to edenia now making the realm his.

Soon after Shao Kahn had taken the Queen of edenia sindel as his bride and taken the infant Princess Kitana as his daughter.

Later Shao Kahn had set his eyes on another Realm Earth Realm.
But Shao Kahn as planning to break the rules of Mortal Kombat but sindel had learned of his plans and she has a plan of her own to stop him.

Sindel had known of a ritual which would cast a magical barrier on Earth realm preventing show Kahn from breaking the rules.
But sindel needed to take her own life for the ritual to work.
But sindel was not afraid of death she was afraid of leaving her daughter with the man who had taken her home and enslaved her people.
But ultimately she went through with it and stop Shao Kahn from cheating.

With no other choices Shao Kahn had to choose the Mortal Kombat tournament and every generation the Warriors of outworld and Earth Realm would fight to the death.

But unfortunately for Earth Realm they had lost nine consecutive tournaments if they lose the next one Shao Kahn would rule Earth Realm.

But they would pull through and the Earth realm Warriors had won but Shao Kahn wasn't ready to give up his sorcerer Shang Tsung had given him a idea.

They would host their own tournament in outworld if they didn't accept it earth realm would have random attacks until they do.

So they accepted and later they would win the tournament.
But Shao Kahn was enraged but another sorcerer name Quan Chi he new how to breakthrough the Earth's defenses by resurrecting Queen sindel.

Soon after sindel was resurrected and her spell had reversed Shao Khan sent his armies to earth realm.

The battle lasted for hours hundreds of people had died along with a few of the earth realm Heroes.
But Shao Kahn had broken the rules of Mortal Kombat since he did not win 10 consecutive tournaments.

And so the Elder gods had given Raiden their power to defeat and kill Shao Kahn and after a chaotic battle the great emperor of outworld was reduced to Ash.
