Trapped

Bill smirked, his golden eyes seemed to glow in the gloomy dark of the room. Dipper shook his head, his eyes blown wide "w-what are you doing?" he said. Bill rubbed a hand down his side, Dipper moaned "oh nothing, I simply put a spell on you so whatever I do to my body you'll feel on your body too" he said mysteriously. 

Dipper ran a hand through his hair "no no no no no! This can't be happening" he muttered, Bill's smirk widened " oh but pine tree,  I think you'll find its already begun".

 With that he started to rub a hand on his thigh, he trailed his hand up to his arm and ran his fingers along with it. Bill laughed when he saw Dipper squirming " what's wrong Pinetree? feeling the heat?". 

He hunched forward on his knees and suddenly grabbed his butt, he squeezed it firmly, Dipper bit his lip hard to keep from letting out a gasp. "I want to hear everything Pinetree" he growled, Dipper trembled. Sweat ran down his forehead and he couldn't control his thoughts, Bill glared at him for a few seconds before sighing "well, I guess we'll do it the hard way then" he muttered.

Then his hand crept down his body until it was at the waistband of his pants, "Dipper" he whispered. 

Dipper looked up at him with worry in his eyes "please" he begged, but Bill shook his head. "I have to, unless you release me."

 Dipper's gaze hardened "Bill you know I cannot let you go back out into the world, wherever you go you cause mischief and chaos. Grunkle Ford trusted me with this, his last dying wish was for you to be contained, so as his apprentice I will do whatever is necessary to succeed."

Bill sighed "well can you at least do me the small favor of consenting? I don't want to do anything to you without your permission, but the spell I put on us both means that if we don't do anything then it won't go away."

Dipper frowned and was silent for a brief moment, "...I guess it is necessary then, but Bill, you're still not getting out of that cage, so don't even think of trying"

Bill grinned "whatever you say Dippy~"...
