"IF THE TWO OF YOU DON'T CLEAN YOUR SHIT UP, I WILL murder you slowly," a light voice growled maliciously at the two sleeping figures spread out on the floor, limbs tangled within the blankets. The young woman scowled deeply and kicked the skinny limb that escaped the pile of blankets, earning a groggy groan from the male underneath the coffee table.

"Jaz, chill." He bemoaned as he pushed himself up and smacked his head on the bottom side of the glass table, yelping in shock and pain. With a couple of curses, the olive-skinned boy rolled from underneath the coffee table and shot a glare to the snickering woman with curly hair pulled into a professional ponytail at the nape of her neck.

The other bundle shifted, and a mass of messy curls popped from underneath a light purple blanket. Hazy pale green eyes assessed them tiredly. "Why are you screeching so early in the morning, Jaz?" The youngest sibling sat up and ran a hand through her hair.

Jazlyn, age twenty-six and a teacher at Forks middle school, rolled her eyes and glared at her younger siblings in mild irritation. "You guys were up all night again and made a mess. Clean it up, now." Then, she made her way into the kitchen to start making breakfast for the three of them.

Jace, age twenty-four and a tattoo artist, got up with an even louder groan before pulling his covers into his arms. "I want bacon." He mumbled as he stomped up the stairs to his room. Jazlyn huffed but got out the bacon from the fridge and set it on the counter before taking out a carton of eggs.

"I'm guessing that you want an egg and bacon sandwich, sister?" Jazlyn inquired as she turned around to eye the teen sitting on the floor, staring at the wall with blurry eyes.

"Yeah," the youngest sibling hummed before yawing widely, stumbling to her feet slowly. "Coffee too, please." She gave her sister a sleepy smile before gathering her blanket and going upstairs as well.

"Be sure to get ready for school, Ana!" the oldest yelled after her, earning a wail of despair and thuds of Anastasia's body falling to the floor when her foot got tangled up in the blanket she was carrying.

Anastasia, age sixteen and a high school student, threw her blanket on her bed and went into her personal bathroom, stripping as she went. Ana turned on the water and cranked up the temperature before stepping inside the stand-up shower, closing the glass door behind her. The hot water soothed away her weariness and she hurriedly washed herself before turning off the shower. The teen dried herself off and wrapped herself with the towel, walking into her room to gather clothes for the day. It was simple light jeans, a white t-shirt, a pale pink hoodie and some Adidas. Once she pulled on her outfit, she went back into the bathroom to fiddle with her wildly curly hair and brushed her teeth. There wasn't much she could do to the dark hair so, she merely massaged leave-in conditioner in her hair before grabbing her black book bag that was sitting next to her door.

Her older brother stumbled out into the hall just as she closed her bedroom door and cursed as he struggled to pull his arm out of his shirt. Ana pursed her lips to stop from laughing and raised a brow when Jace paused in his struggles to stare at her with large eyes.

"Jaz made beef bacon," he gasped dramatically and sprinted down the hall. Ana made sure that she was pressed safely against the wall to avoid getting ran over. Shaking her head, she followed her brother at a slower pace as the smell of coffee and bacon grew. Their older sister set the food on the table before pouring two cups of coffee and one orange juice for the only male in the house.

"Be careful at school today," Jazlyn sighed after they filled their plates and began to eat.

Jace gulped down some of his orange juice. "I heard there were vampires in town." The eldest sister nodded her head and glanced at her younger sister, who looked unconcerned about it. "Are they the human blood drinkers?"
