Letter From Me To You

Chapter Six

"You must be Nayeon? I'm Taehyung's father." Taehyung's father introduced.

Nayeon nods and smiles as wide and happy as ever.

"Is dinner ready or what?" Taehyung asked.

"Yes Taehyung." Taehyung's mother said.

Nayeon noticed that Mrs. Kim too was afraid of Taehyung but not Mr. Kim for he too didn't show no emotion at all.

"Go on ahead and I will catch up with you." Taehyung's father said.

Taehyung's mother goes to serve the food and Nayeon stood there staring at Taehyung.

"You must like Taehyung." Taehyung's father said.

"I'm sorry what?" Nayeon asked.

"You must date our son Taehyung for he was broken hearted from his last girlfriend few weeks ago." Taehyung's father said.

"I'm sorry but I can't. I don't mean to be rude and all but Taehyung and I aren't exactly on good terms with each other." Nayeon said.

"Well that's too bad cause I would have him be nice to you since I know that you are constantly being put down by our boy." Taehyung's father said.

The offer was too good for Nayeon to pass up on but she didn't want to date a guy like Taehyung especially not because of some offer that Taehyung's father gave her.

"I'll do it." Nayeon said.

"Good." Taehyung's father said.

Nayeon cursed herself for taking the offer but it must be done so she can get out of this house and never come across Taehyung again.

"Son, I've heard that you and Nayeon aren't the best of friends." Taehyung's father said.

"Indeed father." Taehyung said.

"Your mother and I want you to become more than friends with Nayeon." Taehyung's father said.

Nayeon saw that Taehyung almost spit out his drink and looked away when she saw him glaring at her.

"I'm sorry to disobey you father but I will not date this pathetic girl." Taehyung said.

"I'm afraid that you are just going to have to do as I say unless you want to come with me upstairs and have me beat all that attitude out of you." Taehyung's father said.

Taehyung sighs and nods not being able to say no and to not be beaten to death by his father.

"Very good now son I want you to escort Nayeon out of here. Dinner is over." Taehyung's father said.

"What?!" Kai yelled.

"Settle down Kai. I know what I am doing." Taehyung's father said.

"Mother! You are not just going to let him do this are you?" Kai asked.

"Your father is right Kai and I think that you should go to your room before any more damage is done." Taehyung's mother said.

"I can't believe this. This is all that girl's fault! I will never forgive her! Never!" Kai yelled and ran up to his room with Taehyung.

Nayeon stops and turns to look at Taehyung who couldn't bother to look at her.

"I had to agree to the offer. He played me Taehyung." Nayeon said.

"Just go home. I don't want to see you anymore or here anymore." Taehyung said.

He closed the door on Nayeon leaving her to walk home all by herself.
