Around the city

I barely slept at all last night. I couldn't stop thinking about Jack. I couldn't wait to see him. I finally fell asleep but was back up at 9. I decided to just get up and go downstairs to eat so breakfast. After I ate I just sat down and watched some tv. At around 12:30 Jack texted me asking my address and told me to be ready by 1. I had only 30 minutes to get ready so i rushed upstairs. I put on a white croptop, distressed jeans, and my white chucks. I left my hair in its curly state and went downstairs and waited for Jack to come. At exactly 1 I heard a knock at my door. I quickly got up and answered almostly falling on the way there. I opened the door to see Jack smiling. "You ready?" He asked. "Yeah, I just need to grab my phone and purse really quickly." I said. I went to grab my phone and Jack grabbed my hand and lead me to his car. We got in and drove to a place with shops all over and got out and started walking. Jack showed me all the cool places in omaha. I was really having a good time. Jack was funny, cute and sweet. I was already starting to fall for him. Our last stop was a ice cream shop. Jack told me his dad always brought him here when he was little. We order our ice cream and sat down and talked. We were just asking eachother questions to get to know eachother more. Jack then looked at me and said, "Can I ask you a question?" "Yeah, anything I said." Starting to get a little nervous. "Did that kiss mean anything to you last night? I don't know about you but I couldn't stop thinking about you or the kiss lastnight." He said still with a serious look. I didn't know how to respond all I did was smile. "I couldn't stop thinking about you either last night!" I said smiling. He then started to smile. "That kiss only meant something to me lastnight if it means something to you now." I said. Jack then leaned over the table and kissed me. I kissed back smiling. "Does that tell you if it means something to me now?" He said smiling. All I could do was smile and nod yes. Jack really knew how to make a girl feel good. After we finished eating our ice cream we walked some more and ended up at a park. "Ohh." I said smiling like a little girl. "Let's go get on the swings!" I said smiling and grabbing Jacks hand. We ran to the swings and Jack started pushing me. I closed my eyes just letting the cool breeze run threw my hair. Jack got on the other swing and we just sat there for a minute. "Race you to the slide!" Jack said. I got off the swing as fast as I could put of course Jack beat me. "You cheated." I said pouting. "Aww, poor baby. 'Jack said pecking my lips. "I'm sorry that i'm considered a cheater just because I won." He said laughing. I hit him payfully. "Ouch." He said laughing. We then walked back to his car and he drove me home. He walked me to my porch. "I had a great time he said." "So did I." I said back smiling. Jack then leaned in and gave me a kiss. "See you tomorrow." He said starting to walk away. "What makes you think I want to hang with you tomorrow?" I said smiling. He grabbed his chest pretending like he was offended. "Becuase you love me." He said smiling walking back up onto my porch and standing 2 feet away from my face. Once again all I could do was smile. He walked away getting into his car. He waved goodbye and blew me a kiss. I waited for him to leave before I finally walked into my house. Oh gosh. I thought in my head. What has this boy done to me. I went upstairs in my room and laid in my bed just thinking about tonight and what was going to happent tomorrow.
