Maddy sits in the seat across from me at lunch, I notice the shine of tears running down her face. "Whats wrong?" I quickly ask. Her blue-gray eyes looked down at the floor, suddenly finding her shoes the most interesting thing in the world. Her brown hair falling around her face in a curtain-like way. "He dumped me" Maddy sobbed quietly. "Pardon me" I said hearing her fine, as we were both shifters.
Shifters as in weres, like werewolves, but with a wide verity of mammals, even monkeys.
Breaking my revere Maddy says " He dumped me, and than his mate got mad at me for dumping him" followed by a series of loud sob. My white tiger, Sebrina yells at me 'Go kick his sorry ass, for hurting MelMel.' MelMel was Maddys normal tiger. I quickly got up and hugged her, all at an inhuman speed, but being inhuman she saw,me and excepted my comforting with open arms. After school I made him whimper in fear of my alpha tone, "You are soo lucky you aren't in my pride" I growl.
