Chapter 17: Love Sick

"Hanbin-ah! Wake up! Aigoo, what have you done? We need to go to the hospital, you look very sick!" You panic.

He lift his head with his tired eyes. He's so pale. He looked at you. You were surprised with what happened next.

He hugged you.

"Haru, I don't want to go to hospital." He said.

You were surprised by what happened. But due to the situation you need to set aside your emotions.

He's very hot (body temperature).

"Stand up for a while." And you carry him on your back.

You called a taxi and brought him to the hospital. He's not in his senses.

He's lying on the hospital bed with dextrose and the doctor came.

"Are you the guardian? (You nod) Well, his blood sugar drops and his blood pressure. But we managed to stabilize everything. What he needs is rest. He should take a rest for a week. He may be over worked." The doctor explained.

"Nothing serious?" You asked and he said nothing.

At the private room, you keep staring at him waiting for him to wake up before you contact her mother. He then wake up.

"Where am I?" He asked in a weak tone.

"You're obviously in a hospital room. You need to rest for a week the doctor said. I'll call your mother to take care of you here in the hospital." You are about to dial her mother's number when he spoke.

"No. If you don't want to stay here then you can just leave me here alone." He said in a serious tone.

You were confused for a while.

"I'll just stay here then." You said and sat down again.

He's sweating but he's awake. You initiated to wipe his sweat.

"Why did you choose to stay?" He asked.

"I have no choice?" You're unsure.

"Is that all?" He asked staring away from you.

"Y-yeah, why?" You asked.

I care for you but it's not right.

He did not respond. You just stare at him. He grabbed his phone and looks like he's texting someone. After an hour, someone knocked on the door.

"Omo! What happened to you Hanbin-ah?!" You stepped back to give way for Sunny.

So she texted Sunny to come here? Does this mean that he doesn't want me to stay here? Oh, maybe yes. But why are you hurt? You're supposed to be fine Haru.

While Sunny is being worried about Hanbin, you made your way out of the room without saying goodbye to them.

Since you're already in the hospital, you went to visit your mom.

"Eomma, how are you?" You hugged her and rested your head on her.

"Why? Is there something wrong?" She asked you.

"Nothing. I just went to bring Hanbin here in the hospital. He fainted and has high fever." You told her.

"Oh, so who's with him now?" She asked.

"He's with his girlfriend." You told her and she was surprised.

"What?! She has a girlfriend?!" She asked.

"Yeah. Why are you surprised? He's a celebrity, he can have all the girls he wanted to date." You said.

"U-uhm, yeah. I mean yes, he is. I just thought he's waiting for someone he used to love before." You were surprised.
