Chapter 4: The lost tranquility of the Rain

Sorry I wasn't able to update I have been busy with the trip and exhausted as hell... I'll try to update as much as I can and before I start I know that baseball wasn't created yet in Primos' era so I'm just gonna go ahead and say it exist here cause anime and fanfic. life deal with it... anyway let's start.

'thoughts'

In an hospital a couple was waiting for their first baby to be born.

"Congratulations! it's a healthy boy and isn't he just cheerful!" Said the doctor as she hands the newborn to it's mother.

"He sure is ... Just like his father" said a beautiful woman with long brown hair and kind chocolate brown eyes.

"Doctor? Can you please call for my husband?... I need... Him to see our new son..."

"Yes right away Ms. Ame ( rain in Japanese again.. trying to be creative here)"

"Takeshi-kun ... I don't think I can raise you... I .. I can feel that I'm slowly dying .. so I want to spent this remaining time with you.. with your father... just ...One last time"she said as she looked at her son sadly.

*Bang*

"Dea-- who are you? .. your not a staff here..." Said the woman weakly as she tries to shield her new born son from the unknown man.

"My~ my~ what a sad sight a mother slowly dying .. not seeing her son grow~"

"Shut up... What do you want?!" Shouted Ame as she slowly try to press the button that will alert the attention of the security to her room, wishing that the man won't see it but unfortunately, luck isn't on her side as the man suddenly appeared infront of her and holds her hand firmly.

"I wouldn't do that if I we're you wouldn't want to startle Little Takeshi now won't we?~ and for who I am? Hmm call me Checkerface~ the person who will curse your son~"
He said with a creepy grin as he gaze at the baby who is now sleeping peacefully not noticing the danger.

"Get away from us!!" As she struggles from his hold.

"Oh~ isn't he cute ... sleeping obliviously from reality... Don't worry little one this curse will help you with that problem " he says slowly and soon light engulf the room leaving a horrified mother and a now awake Takeshi who started crying.

*Bang*

"Ame!! Are you alright?! I heard crying what happened!?" Shouted a panicking man with pointy black hair and silver eyes

"Tsuyoshi... A.. a man came and cursed our baby .. I couldn't protect him!!" She cried and soon Tsuyoshi came and comforted his wife as she explained what happened a few minutes ago.

"It's okay Ame we three can get over this!... And more importantly are you okay? You feel a bit cold?" He asked as he looked at her with concern.

"Tsuyo--*cough* *cough* *blood*"

"Ame?! Just wait I'll call the doc-"he was interrupted as Ame tags his sleeves hardly.

"Tsu.. Tsuyoshi .. I don't have much time... I.. I need you to take Takeshi and raise him... Pro*cough* protect him from the curse please.." she said looking at her husband pleasingly.

"Ame... You can't--"

"Promise me!!"

"...yes I.. I promise so .. don't die Ame .. I can't .. I can't live without you...I love you so much"

"Thank .. you.. I love you too.. Tsuyoshi.. you and Takeshi.. I'm sorry ... Please live on.. my rains..." as her body was about to fall she lost her grip with the baby but Tsuyoshi quickly caught them both and laid his wife in the bed as he put Takeshi in his arms.
