"And for the last table, It's Jake Webber, Corbin Reinhardt, and Jessica Brock."
They seemed excited while I was annoyed that I would have to put up with them all year. They tried whispering to each other, but they weren't so quiet.
"Score dude!"
The one with the light brown hair said in a whisper-yell. I just rolled your eyes. They sat on either side of me. The teacher told us what to do next.
"Now, talk with your table members and get to know them a bit before we share to the whole class."
I looked at them and shook my head. Then I thought about talking to Dean through the communication spell which lasts for eternity once it's casted. Basically, you talk mind to mind. Kinda like sending a text, but your brain is the cellphone.
(If a conversation is in italics that means that they're mind communicating.)
"Dean, I don't wanna talk to them."
"I wouldn't either Jess, to be honest. Maybe you should try to get out of your shell. Just don't y'know, sleep with 'em."
"Oh please Dean, you know me."
I noticed that they were staring at me and I just looked down. The one with the darker brown hair spoke up.
"Don't be shy kitten."
Something about his voice sent a chill up my spine.
"Don't call me that."
"Why not?"
"Because I have a name... which is Jess."
"I like that name, it's so... sexy."
He said in a husky voice, which was supposed to turn me on, but it did the opposite. He moved his hand on top of mine, I quickly jerked it away.
"I like a girl who plays hard to get."
"That's really funny."
I looked back up at him, his eyes gold. werewolf. That's what he was. How did I not pick up on it before? The way he acted was exactly a werewolf stereotype.
"Are you full werewolf?"
"Depends on what you are."
"You do not want me to answer that."
The teacher started giving directions for the next thing to do.
"Okay, lets share as a class. Stand up, tell us your name, what you are, and a bit about yourself. Lets start with the last table, since they were the last to be seated. Girl in the black shirt, you're up first."
That's me, of course, I go first.
"My name is Jessica Brock, but I go by Jess. I am a Quad."
Gasps escaped many students mouths, and even the teacher's.
"I have a twin brother."
"There's two of you here?" The teacher asked, dumbfounded.
"Yes."
"Is he in here?"
"Yes."
"It's me, I'm the other Quad." Dean said, admitting that he was my brother.
"That's amazing. One's rare enough, but two?" The teacher replied.
"Can I sit back down now?"
"Yes you may. Next up, guy in the black shirt."
That was the one with dark brown hair.
"My name is Jake Webber. I'm a werewolf/shifter."
The one with the dark brown hair said. All the girls in the room started smiling at him, well all except for me. I just wanted to go home and practice spells.
"And I have a girlfriend." He continued.
He looked at me and smiled.
"That's it. After we get home, I'm practicing a death spell to kill him."
"Jess, Berkeley will know it was you, the magic mark, remember?"
A magic mark is a mark that is left on victims of a spell, unless the victim can also cast spells.
"True."
I looked at Jake with a look of hate. Everyone shared what they were asked to. All I could do was give Jake the death stare.

"Kitten, if your gonna stare at me the whole time-"
I cut him off because what he was saying wasn't important.
"Shut up."
"Make me, Quad."
"I could, but I don't really feel like it."
"You do know that you have to pretend to be dating me, right?"
"No, I don't."
"Yes, you do."
"Or what else?"
"Listen, I have ties all around this school, I can make your own brother turn against you."
"You just got here, how do you already have ties?"
"Have you seen the way girls look at me?"
He said, with confidence. I hate it when he gets a big head like that.
"Dean knows me, he'll know it's fake."
"Fine with me. But what do you choose?"
"Why are you doing this to me?"
"I have my reasons."
He said, looking at me up and down. The bell rang and I jumped out of my seat and walked as fast as I could out of the classroom. Jake hurried to catch up with me.
"Wait on me babe."
It took everything in me to slow down and wait for him and not to run off. He walked up and put his arm around my shoulders.
"I guess that answers my question then."
"I guess."
I hate him. So much. I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't see Dean in front of us.
"Jess, really? I thought I knew you."
"You do."
Dean was so mad that he didn't even bother replying with his mind.
"Obviously not."
Dean walked away into the crowd of people. I ran to try to find him. Dean and I had had the same schedule, if I found my second period, I would find him. Jake caught up and grabbed my arm.
"I can make him turn against you, obviously." Jake whispered, a smirk growing on his face.
"No. You can't. Go ahead, try your best Webber. I. Am. Not. Your. Girlfriend." I stated.
I had found my second period class, which also meant I had found Dean. I walked in and seen the same people from my first period. Which also means Jake was there.
"Everyone sit down with the same people from first period." The teacher stated.
I felt a hand take mine.
"Why'd you run like that babygirl?" Jake whispered in my ear from behind.
