Bio: Bobby came to the realm of Equestria more than 80,000 Years ago and claimed dominion over it, however he soon grew bored and left that realm for another. Discord then took over eons later and then the Princesses turned him into stone.
Feeling something stirring within one of the realms is what drew Bobby back to Equestria, he soon learned of the princesses and how they were now in control of Equestria and he didn't like it, so he tried to manipulate them and destroy Equestria, but unbeknownst to him they had the elements and soon turned them on him. The princesses then banished Bobby from existence and left him in the in between realms.
Extra Info: A young colt and filly end up accidentally summoning him with one of the Elements of Harmony and that is how he was brought back to Equestria.
