The court case had ended and they were all still in the court room. Thomas sentences to go to the wedding and yet no one was happy. Deceit was fuming.
", why are you torturing yourself like this, a simple lie could solve all your problems?" Deceit was tapping the stand in the silence till Thomas answered ", lying is wrong Deceit, no matter what happens right guys?"
Virgil nodded immediately but the others remained silent. Today had not been a good day for them. ",Roman,Patton,Logan is lying wrong?"
The silence continues to fill the room as Deceit laughed", Thomas, as I said before no one gets hurt if the lie isn't found out. Little white lies cost you nothing and it's all worth while in the end." A smirk crossed across Deceit's face. A silent Virgil who looked on the brink of panic interjected ", So, Deceit you have never loses anything worthwhile because of Lying. Never lost anything at all. I know that's a lie. Though maybe what you lost doesn't mean much to you. Right?" The other sides were gobsmacked as Deceit appeared almost remorseful and melancholic. He in a less then confident tone muttered", What I lost meant everything to me. There's little I wouldn't give up to get it back and maybe Lies were the only thing that gets me through that. You're jacket is purple and black." Deceit sucked in a heavy breath and sunk out of the room and the court became the living room again. Everyone looked at Virgil for answers but he was clearly distracted with tears streaming down his face.
Patton, forever the dad inquired", you alright kiddo?" Virgil nodded before sinking out himself. Everyone was worried and decided to follow, taking Thomas with them. They stopped before a corridor seeing Deceit and Virgil there. Virgil spoke in a vulnerable tone ",you really meant that. Why didn't you say something before. When you first came up here."
Deceit remained silent
", Deceit......Deceit...... Klarion!"
Everyone watching stopped. Was that Deceits name? Why did Virgil know it?!
Klarion turned around with a surprising speed and responded", I'm not I mean ahh the truth sky is blue sky is blue I'm sorry. I'm so so sorry. I love you Virgil. But you've always wanted to be in the light and help Thomas and you weren't doing that stuck with dreary old me and once we were over I thought I could handle it. Then Thomas was discussing Lying
And I thought I could show up one more time to see you and it wouldn't hurt but the way you looked at me I just became cold and unfair to avoid the pain. Then this episode came along and I thought maybe if I could stay awhile a Thomas would invite me and even if you hated me I could still see you!" He strokes his hand across Virgil's Jaw and then removed his hand and began to walk away as Virgil grabbed him and yanked him forward interlocking their lips together, seconds later Klarion responded and soon had his arms around Virgil's waist. He moved down kissing Virgil's neck repeating the sentiment ",I'm sorry."
