{2 Months later} 

"Ugh I hate paperwork!" I yelled as I felt so tired and sick, 'Inner what is wrong?' I asked my Inner 'You always know what is wrong.' I said. 'I dont know Outer this has ever happened, I mean you did to the dirty with Itachi soooooooo.' Inner said as she started to whistle. 'What no we did not!' I yelled as I blushed. "Sakura why are you yelling?" Hinata asked as she and Sasori walked in, "Ummm I ummm Hinata I need to talk to you." I said kinda scared. "Yeah ok, Sasori do you want to the house and watch Sara?" She asked. "Yeah love you." He said as he walked out of the door, {Sara is there Dog} "What do you need?" Hinata asked, "Ummm Sooooo I um." I said, "Are you not felling good?" She asked, "Umm do you know anything about pregnancy?" I asked, 'Outer if you are pregnant.' I heard Inner say. "No Shika does. Why are you PREGNANT!" Hinata yelled. "Umm I dont know that is why I am asking you!" I said as I looked at my paper work. 'Inner do you think I am pregnant?' I asked as Hinata looked at me with a concerned look, "Are you talking to Inner again." Hinata asked. "Haha you caught me, but I have to go to the hospital for a doctors visit." I said as I walked to the door, "Can you tell Shika that more papers need to be done. I need to go." I said as me and Hinata walked out of the Darkage Office. 

"Hey Saku-Chan." Itachi said as I walked into the Hospital, "Why are you here? I did not tell you I was coming in today?" I said as I walked to the front desk, "I didn't need you to tell me. I could tell you were getting sick and Lazy Nara told me that you had a doctors visit." Itachi said with a small smile. "I need to stop telling Shika-Kun everything." I said out loud. "Ok?" Itachi questioned. "Haruno Sakura the nurse is ready for you." I heard a voice say. I stood up, "Are you coming?" I asked Itachi. "Yeah. I need to know what is wrong with my bae." As he said that I knew I picked the right Uchiha. We walked into room 10, when I walked in the nurse made me sit down on the bed. 'Inner this is so UNCOMFERABLE.' I yelled to my Inner, 'We do need to get better ones.' She said laughing. "Wait Itachi where are the kids?" I asked worrying, "Me and Lazy Nara dropped them off that the academy." Itachi said as we waited for the doctor. "This is much better then paper work." I said as the doctor walked in, "Ohh Kage-Sama you need a test the nurse said." The head doctor asked, "Yes and Sakura is ok." I said as the doctor walked to me. "Ok will you go into the bathroom and pee in a cup." "Yeah I guess." I said as I walked into the bathroom.

{9 minutes later}

"Ok Sakura-Sama the test said is Positive! You are having a baby!" The doctor said I was crying. "' I am having a baby with the man I love!'" I yelled and thought crying more. When I looked at Itachi he was shocked but ended running to my side and hugged me. "I have always wanted to be a real dad." He said as was crying to. "We need to go get Aya, Saki, and Takeo to celebrate and tell them somehow." I said as me and Itachi got up. "Thank you doctor." I said as we both left to the Academy. "How are we going to tell the Kids?" I asked Itachi as I looked at him. "Well ummm we can ask Lazy Nara. He will know." Itachi said a little scared, "Yeah but Shika-Kun has never had to deal with KIDS." I said but someone was walking to us. "Hey Shika-Kun." I said as he walked closer to me and Itachi, "So how was it?" He said as he put his hand behind his back and stood in front of us. "Well I am Pregnant so Aya, Saki, Takeo, and Itachi are not the only Uchiha any more!" I said as I smiled, "Wait we will have a sibling?" I heard Takeo voice say.
