I wake up to a whining nick sitting on my lap , "daddy" he says in a baby-ish voice making me lift my head "yes baby" I say now sitting face to face with nick . "I hungry" he says with a pouty face , "C'mon lets go eat eat " I say patting nicks thigh as a signal for him to get up . He jumps off my lap and I stand next to and hold his hand as we walk downstairs to the kitchen .
"What you want to eat Nicky" I say leaning against the counter waiting for him to respond. "I want eggies and bacon" he says jumping up and down excitedly , I laugh at his enthusiasm "okay grab them out the fridge" I say pulling out 2 different pans to cook the eggs and the bacon on , I pull out the oil . "Here you go daddy" he says handing me the eggs then the bacon . "Thank you Nicky" I say as I kiss his cheek , they heat up like strawberries as he blushes while sitting down.
I pour the grease into the pan and drop enough bacon in there for me nick and kentrell . "Nicky baby can you please hand me the butter" I say turning to look at nick . "Okay daddy " he says before going to go grab the butter from the fridge and then handing it to me and sitting back down . I cut a piece of butter off the stick and let it fall into the pan , as it starts to melt I start to crack the eggs into the pan and scrabble them all together . Nick watches me in awe "I wanna learn how to cook too daddy" he says getting up from his chair and walking over to the stove. I place the spatula in his hand and stand behind him guiding his hands how to cook the eggs "Okay just keep flipping them" I say still guiding his hands then slightly letting go when I feel my phone vibrate.
I got a text , it's kentrell .
Kentrell🖇💕 I heard his ass call you daddy too just in case y'all forgot i was up here laying in the same bed .
Tay 💘 Sorry baby thought you were sleep but you hungry , I'm making food

I looked up and realized that I let nick by himself. I looked up and he was putting the eggs in a bowl "daddy's proud of you Nicky" I say giving him a hug making him giggle . I take the bacon out and put it into a bowl . "Nicky sit down I'm about to hand you your food" I say grabbing a plate for him to eat on , he goes to sit down . I hand him his plate of food "thank you tay tay " he says starting to eat his food. Wondering why he called me tay I look at him confusedly. Until I heard kentrell coming downstairs, I quickly grab a plate for kentrell and put food on it then set it on the table.
He walks in the kitchen and walks over to me kissing my cheek "morning but um where my food at" he says looking around "it's on the table rude ass" I say with irritation in my tone "sorry tay tay my bad" he says giving me a hug before sitting down and eating his food.
"Y'all got dentist appointments today" kentrell says with food stuffed in his mouth , making nick laugh "tay tay look" he says giggling and pointing to kentrell . I laugh too "I see Nicky " I say patting his back . "We're going to the dentist today baby" I say taking his now empty plate to the sink . " really ? Tay tay lets get the same color" nick says jumping up from his seat and sitting in my lap , making kentrell cough. "Okay Nicky go get dressed so we can go " I say tapping his thigh as a signal to get up , he gets up and skips up the steps.
