{{ Chapter Five - Orphic }}

"Once I was trying to summon Satan, and I accidentally let a really bad spirit into our house. So, I ended up having to sage the whole house while everyone was gone, but.... I didn't light the sage correctly, so embers fell off from the sage and it landed on Mom's favorite couch. That is the story as to why her favorite blanket is super glued to the couch. It's doing the job of covering the burnt fabric." Granite finished his story with a satisfied grin creeping up his face.
"Granite," Carly rubbed her temples as she spoke, "Why do you do these things?"
"Wow. Someone's judge-y today." Granite pouted as he crossed his arms.
"Okay!" Brendon exclaimed, clearly not paying attention to the conversation at hand,
"I have officially made a pros and cons list on how I should approach the 'I-have-a-crush-on-my-therapist" situation." Brendon lifted the newly ripped notebook paper, looking pleased."Okay," Stevie yawned, "Let's hear it then."
"Alright. So, pros; He's good looking, He showed interest in me before he was my therapist, He would be a wonderful revenge plan against Mr. Paxton and Oliver, and He's making bank." Brendon said with a contented smile.
Carly laughed, "Alright, and the cons?"
"Cons: He's my therapist, therefore the relationship is illegal, He's married, He might not like me like that, He's very uptight, and He's a smart man." Brendon said, less enthusiastically.
"Okay, so, my advice on the whole thing is, maybe you need to impress him," Stevie started, "Maybe show off your talent."
"Pfft, no. Show off your intricate knowledge on strange things no one else would know about." Granite pitched in.
"No, everyone shut up. Offer him a blowjob," Carly said with a sly smirk, everyone had their eyes on her, paying attention, "Okay, think about it. This guy has a family he has to take care of, on top of having to do his job, in which he's known to be the best at than everyone else in the damn city. He has to listen to all different types of people, and it gets exhausting. Plus, I doubt Mr. Paxton is sleeping with him often, they are both very busy men. A blowjob might relax him a bit. Get him interested by using your talents that will truly matter in the end." Carly finished, studying her nails.
"I'm scared of the power you hold." Stevie spoke in awe.
"She holds that type of power because she's a fucking Plutarian and has a Scorpio Venus. Those two mixed together, and she can get her way, anyway she wants... It just tends to be more sexual than anything." Granite explained, he was always so interested in the spiritual factors of life. Astrology was one of his favorites.
"You know what, I'm gonna take your advice, Carly." Brendon said confidently.
"Wonderful. Well then, let's get you dressed in some appropriate clothing," Carly stood up and looked through Brendon's closet, "You want tight clothing, but casual at the same time, you want it to be showing skin, but not too much. Keep in mind that the clothing is only a helping hand to the situation, it doesn't do all of the talking. You need to charm him."
"How am I supposed to do that?" Brendon questioned as Carly threw clothing everywhere, searching for the perfect outfit.
"Smile, a lot. Your smile is attractive, but make it a sly smile, not a happy one. Remember to selectively use the power of touch. Make eye contact. Slide in some compliments. Control your tone in voice, make it attractive, but self-assured. Laugh at only the jokes you understand, don't be fake. Finally, give suggestive looks that are so undercover that you yourself are not even sure if they mean something sexual or not," Carly said, finally pulling out a tight red V-neck T-shirt, black skinny jeans, and a nice belt with spiky silver gems placed on it here and there, "Now. Go get dressed, you have to go through the school day then to the appointment. Bring a stick of eyeliner with you, and apply it before going to Ryan's office."
