~Levy's POV~

As we got off the boats, we were escorted to a large double door. A large man, who I had founds name was Elfman, pushed open, revealing a dining hall, already almost filled with students.

We first years were then motioned to the front of the room, where sat a short, old looking man. Next to him, a woman who looked slightly younger but taller (supposed to be Magionigal/ Mavis).

The old man then started to speak, "Now is the time we shall sort the first years into houses. Now, let us begin!"

He started calling off names, the individual sitting down. Some sort of hat was placed upon their head, and it would place that person in a house.

"Lucy Heartfillia [pause] Grifindor!"

"Natsu Dragneel [pause] Grifindor!"

It kept going like this, until...

"Gajeel Redfox [pause] Slitherin!"

I ha heard that name before. He was a talented wizard, and had commuted some crimes in another school.

As I was thinking of this person who would have no affect in my life, I hadn't heard my name being called to step forward.

"Levy McGarden [pause] Grifindor"

I smiled brightly as I ran to sit next to Lucy and Natsu.

Other people had been sorted that seemed interesting:

This girl, Erza Scarlet, also in Grifindor.

Juvia Loxar, in Ravenclaw.

Gray Fullbuster in Grifindor.

Cana Alberona in Hufflepuff.

And so on...

This felt amazing; people I feel like I could actually feel at home with.

-Time Skip-

After eating an amazing meal, we were all escorted to the different sections of where we would sleep. Girls and boys were separated far away, then each house separated.

From what I heard, all the boys called the girl's side "Fairy Hills". I have no idea why. Probably something stupid, them being filled with testosterone.

Once settled in a bed next to Lucy's, I started to fall asleep. Tomorrow, I would get a tour of the school and classes.

I couldn't get that one boy out of my head. Why is he my only thought?

And with that, I fell into a deep sleep.
