Ethma Oneshots!

~Cuddly Boy~

It was a late night in Emma's apartment. Emma had been editing for three hours now with out any breaks. She had been putting off editing this video for days now since all she wants to do is stay in bed and watch movies with her boyfriend. Ethan however was not having it. He knew that if he let his girlfriend sit an edit for another minute she'd turn into a zombie.

Ethan's POV

Emma had been editing for three hours now and I was not gonna stand it any longer. I know that she's exhausted and her body is begging for a break.

"Hey em?"

"Yeah e?" she said in her raspy voice with very little energy.

"Don't you think it's time you take a break and come up?" I ask in the most loving way possible in attempt to avoid disagreement.

"No e, I can't. I've been putting off this video for too long. I swear it should only be like another three hours and I'll be done." she said with a tired voice crack.

Well looks like the loving boyfriend route didn't work, looks like she's gonna have to settle for whiney boyfriend. I hate having to be the clingy annoyance, but if I want to get her up from that desk she's gonna have to deal.

"Emmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!" I said in a pouty whine.

"E! I know you wanna cuddle but you're gonna have to wait a little longer!"

"Ugh!" I groaned overdramaticly.

Looks like talking isn't gonna work tonight. All I want to do is cuddle up to my amazing, sweet girlfriend and she's making it a little difficult! I hop out of her bed and quietly sneak down the stairs.

Emma's POV

Ugh why can't Ethan just let me finish? I know he wants to cuddle up, and to be honest I wouldn't mind a cuddle sesh right now, but this video is screaming to be edited. After adding a couple more zoom ins I feel my chair being spun around.

"E I told you I need to work!"

"Babe you've been working for three and a half hours now, and I'm not gonna let you overwork yourself again!"

"Has it really been that long?" I say rubbing my eyes, they feel as if they've been rolling around on sandpaper.

"Yes, now cuddle time." He said in a sweet kid-like way.

"E...." I say hesitant to grab his hand trying to pull me up.

"Em, I'll help you finish editing tomorrow if that convinces you to come up." He said, starting to get desperate.

"Ok, fine." I said with a soft smile, accepting his hand.

As Ethan pulled me up he placed a soft kiss on my forehead and proceeded to walk me up the stairs. Once we got up to my bed I quickly slipped in, the sheets calling my name. E following after me. He pulled me close to his chest placing one hand firmly around me and the other gently running through my hair. I placed on of my hands on his cheek softly moving his face to where I was staring in his beautiful hazel eyes.

"Okay I'm not gonna lie, this is a hundred times better than editing." I say, yawning after.

"Well then, I'll always be sure to ruin all of your editing attempts." He said chuckling softly.

"I'd say I hate you, but how could I ever say that to my Cuddly Boy." I say about to close my eyes.

Ethan slowly closed the gap between us as our lips met. The kiss was short and sweet, ending when we fell asleep in each other's arms.
