Today marks my brother’s 3rd year of surviving heart failure. I went downstairs to hug him, but instead of the tight hug that I usually get, he ran away from me, screaming "Ma, nakita ko nanaman si ate!"
Oh, I forgot, I was the one who donated the heart.
