My choices on who should play Jesse Grant and Deena Zhang are simple and if anyone watched the 2019 Oscars they know who I'm choosing.

This casting was hard for me as I'm not aware of many current child actors. When I was writing this part the only actor I thought while writing was the small boy from Independence Day, Ross Bagley.

Now obviously you can't cast him now because he's like 30, but it's Hollywood, I'm sure a casting producer can find his child like twin.
Bruce Zhang:
Has to be John Cho. I love this actor, and he has great range based on his comedy movies and dramas. He's a perfect fit for Bruce, as he is the comic relief.

Marvin: Samuel L Jackson. While Marvin's role in the book is small, I think that Mr. Jackson would make the role his, and make Marvin's role standout. Plus, he's in everything. 😉
