MaskedDragonFyre had asked how I do my glowing looks and so I'm showing how I do behind glow (behind everything) and total front glow (in front of everything)
The app I use is called IbisPaint X and it is bloody fantastic!
First I do the lineart on a transparent layer and then do the colouring on another transparent layer underneath
