" First of all the roses were a gesture of my love and the champagne was for us to celebrate another successful meeting which by the way I closed on another yacht deal, not that you asked. " Well that bottle of bubbly went down the drain our pipes should be nice a shiny on the inside, and about me not asking about your yet of many " business trip" I said with the finger quotations in the air , I expect you to come back with good news what I don't get is why you ALWAYS have to be gone. Not today sweetheart I'm really tired all I want to do is sleep in and wake up and enjoy the time off before the next call comes in.
Enjoy then, as I walked away pissed off yet again. It's not that I'm not happy with the life I have it's just seems like all we ever do is work, argue, and on occasion we might actually go out together and enjoy each other's company. How I miss the way it use to be 😭.
I knew it had to be a lot of sacrifices to get us here, but I thought once you climb to the top things would get back as before. Its lonely at the top sometimes.
