S3 - EP5 - Red Diamond's Confession

Black and Jamie hold each other's heads, rolling around in the floor. Red Diamond knocks on their door, Black opens it, "Yes, Red?" Red Diamond had a sad look, "I should've told you this million of years ago. Red Diamond squatted down, "Black, I've never told you this before but, there is one more Diamond." Black Diamond's face is shocking, just like he felt.
"But, why-"
"The Diamond has been locked up down into the dungeon because of ME!"
"WHAT?!"
"I need to tell you the story."

Red Diamond sat down and told them the story:
"Billions of years ago, my alternate self, Edcora Red Diamond (goes by him/he), was evil as you can imagine. He pushed other gems to work all day and never get rest, he had favorites, and my favorites, I mean Coral Pearl, and he would always shatter gems he didn't like. I had enough, I made war, and the war ended horrifically. I locked him up in the dungeon for billions of years now."

Jamie had a serious face, "I'm going to visit him." Red Diamond looked crossed.
"I'm going, too."
Red Diamond looked disappointed, "Fine, go."
Black Diamond and Jamie went down to the dungeon with a torch. The ancient paintings, the cages filled with gems that tortured others, and then they found Edcora.
"Hello, I am Black Diamond, are you Edcora?"
"Yes, I am, why are you here?"
"We're here for answers."
"Ask me some questions, I'll answer. CORRECTLY."
"Why are you evil?"
Edcora paused, "I wanted peace but, Coral controlled me."
"WAIT, HUH?! PEARL'S CAN CONTROL DIAMONDS?!"
Edcora nodded in disappointment. Black Diamond lifted his head up through the cage, "Hey, sometimes it's okay to make mistakes. Everyone does, and I know you didn't mean it, I know and you know you didn't." Edcora grinned a little.
Jamie felt jealous.
"By any chance, can you, free me?"
Black Diamond nodded and blasted the cage open. Edcora got out of the cage and thanked Black Diamond, "Thank you." Edcora kissed Black on the cheek. Jamie felt more jealous after Black blushed, then Jamie got really jealous, "Don't kiss him, he's mine!"
Edcora chuckled, "Alright then."
