Chapter 1: the chills

i was in my job giving really nice outfit advice to our customers and i couldn't help but notice being watched, i work in Forever 21 right across Zumiez where my friend Stephanie works at, my closest friend besides Isabel who is at Vanity teens which is 5 blocks away from the mall, i was just getting so much chills from a group of guys in sweaters and sun glasses all looking at me and then left to stand right in between Zumiez and Forever 21 but then i saw a mall cop, wait its george, yeah i know every workers name here, we all sometimes hang out for a couple of minutes before and after the mall is opened. i turned to see Isabel coming towards us and made a signal, a warning i was afraid, i took out my phone and saw that my shift was over. after finishing and getting my stuff i said bye to the other employees and went right toward Zumiez passing by the group who were staring at my every move, then i heard songs from Zumiez which happen to be...oh no...Paramore..and Stephanie seems way to excited i saw how all the employees gave a big chuckle as they see Stephanie run to the stereo which was right in the store Zumiez and turns the volume up, a big crowd of costumers start dancing to the beat,while other just bob their head to the beat, stephanie can imitate Hayley Williams the singer from the band, she then grabs a mic from the back and another Paramore song goes on its Misery Business

then she starts singing...

Im in the business of misery,

Lets take it from the top,

She got a body like an hour glass

Its ticking like a clock,

Its a matter of time before we all run out,

When i thought he was mine,

She caught him by the mouth,

I waited 8 long months,

She probably set him free,

i told her i cant lie, he was the only one for me,

so we, so we caught on fire,

she is coming out for me,

but i wear the biggest smile....

Stephanie finished and many were applauding, she got off from the counter she was on and grabbed her bags and headed out to us, we said goodbye to the other employees and left out to the parking lot, just for us to know we were being followed by the group, we fast walked to the car and hopped in, Stephanie turned on the engine, and in the second she did she sped her way as fast as she could away from the parking lot before the guys can chase, i turned around from the back of the seat i was sitting on to see they were still loading their van up i chuckled to their little stupid slow actions as we made our way home.
