The next day I woke up, showerd, blow dried and brushed my hair. I then put on some light makeup and threw on my silk purple robe, I then decided to face time Jessica, Her mom picked up and said that Jessica has been grounded for a week, I wonder what that was all about, Her birthday was literally on Friday.
As I headed downstairs for breakfast I realized I was still in my robe, it's okay at least I took a shower and straitened my hair. When I got downstairs I saw two familiar faces and realized it was the guys in the suits! My eyes bulged when I saw them talking to My dad I freaked out. Once my dad saw me he smiled, "there's my beautiful dancer!" I looked at him confused. "these men have come to ask of you an opportunity like no other." My mom said, "w-whats the opportunity?" I asked "we want you to Join Club 7!" One of the men said in a clear booming voice, "now we do know this may be a surprise, but we saw you dancing on stage, In club 7 you could do Dance competitively and with your fit dancer body you could model for our dance wear company. " "wow!" I answered "yes it is amazing" the other guy bragged, "I am Miles, and this is Chase, If you decide to join call our number on this card." As soon as they said it they were out the door.
I just stood there swaying. I didn't know what to do, Surely Jessica would be mad if I said yes without confronting her. I mean she did say that she would never be good enough. I guess I am better than her on two weeks of practice! I will definitely tell her at school tomorrow.
That night I started to get this same email over and over again,
Join,Join,Join,Join,Join.
after the 5th time I closed my computer. I wanted to just call them and join but I knew that I needed to tell Jessica.
