Solace was preparing to visit the forest when his father walked in "Son, today you are meeting with some of the young princess's from another kingdom so you cannot go out to meet this friend of yours" The King Said and Solace growled "No! I made plans today! I cannot betray Leonard!" Solace said and the King slapped him across the face "I know you want to spend time with this friend of yours but do not forget you are the Prince of this kingdom and with being a Prince comes duties, your nation comes before your own happiness son" he sternly said and Solace stared in absolute shock before his expression became hard "alright then father." he said and the King took him to meet the ladies.

Meanwhile Aidan visited the forest "Leonard?!" he shouted and Leonard emerged quickly "Sola-oh.. its you" he said seeming disappointed and Aidan had a confused expression upon his face "what of him..? has he been visiting?" Aidan questioned and Leonard looked at him "He promised me he would visit today" Leonard said looking at the ground and fiddling with his fingers "Though I don't think he has the time" he added and Aidan approached Leonard , placing a hand upon his head "Trust me, Solace never breaks a promise" Aidan said as he had faith in his friend before he saw the servants calling him "I must go, my fiancé is calling me" he said referring to a young girl who appeared to be the same age as Aidan whom was around 13 maybe 14.. she kept coughing into a cloth.. she seemed to be sick though Leonard could not help so he looked away as the carriage drove off, he waited for Solace as snow began to fall lightly.

Meanwhile Solace now had a fiancé to be, he quickly got into the carriage and they took off though he noticed that snow had began to get heavier and it was taking too long.. the boy jumped out and took off running regardless of the cold snow "LEONARD!!!!!!!!" he shouted but no reply until he saw the sword reflect light.. he approached it.. Leonards freezing body had collapsed from the suddenly change in weather.. as the snow seemed to vanish within a few minutes he knew this was the work of magic.. he undid his shirt and took it off as he hugged Leonard close , regardless of the cold temperature that Leonard's body was he still hugged him "Come on.. come on!" he growled before he saw the faint rush of blood to Leonards cheeks signaling that he was warming up somewhat , as Leonards soft pink eyes began to open Solace breathed a sigh of relief "You.. came..?" Leonard questioned and Solace began to put his shirt back on "Yeah, I was delayed because of my father trying to get me a fiancé so I rushed it and came to see you" he said with his shirt back on , Leonard remembered the sword and quickly picked it up and handed it to Solace "uh- you forgot this yesterday" Leonard spoke before he grabbed out a small necklace.. it had black rope and a cherry blossom petal on it "I wanted to give you this" Leonard added as he handed the necklace to Solace who smiled and quickly put it on "I love it" he said before he kissed Leonards head shocking them both "Uh-' they both said in unison "I-" they could not stop the unison before Solace cleared his throat "forget I did that" he said though his cheeks were red along with Leonards.

He picked up his fallen wool coat and wrapped it around Leonard "You have to stay warm or you'll get sick" he said looking to the side, in that very moment Leonards whole world revolved around Solace.. he wasn't The Guardian.. he was Leonard.. himself, Leonard shook his head getting back his calm and composed state "Y-yes , I let my guard down once, if you do that again I will never forgive you" he said , to be honest he definitely would forgive him though he wanted to change the subject to lighten the romantic mood as the carriage arrived and Solace stood up helping Leonard up "You can watch me train" he smiled and Leonards eyes filled with worry as he saw Solace faintly shivering.. he noticed it as well when Solace tried to swing.. his sword would drop from him hand, when he asked Solace said he was fine though he couldn't help but worry.. Leonard waved his hand as  a bowl appeared and he grabbed 4 cherry blossom petals.. he used a wooden stick to crush the petals until they were dust and grabbed a wet leaf letting the water mix into the dust before he stood up and brought the bowl to Solace "Here.. it'll get rid of your shivers.." Leonard said blushing as he felt like a worried wife, Solace smiled and drank all the liquid and just as Leonard had said Solace no longer shivered "thank you Leonard.. can I call you Leo? you really mean a lot to me.." Solace questioned before realizing what he had said as his face turned red while Leonard was stunned "I- nobody has ever said that about me before.." Leonard mumbled holding the bowl as the two boys separated and Solace went home.

That night Solace dreamed of Leonard, not as a prince and a guardian but as a normal couple.. he had just come home from work and Leonard was making dinner.. their children were outside playing and the two were happy.. though it all changed when he awoke to reality.

( So ik they can't actually have blood related kids but its a dream ok!)
